    PECORAS PET CARE
I could not have asked for a better experience. Ms. Kim watched my animals (labeled them the fab 5). She made my insecure dog a raving fan....he went from stand offish to being her couch buddy. My other dogs loved her immediately. When I came home, everyone looked great. My oldest dog even looked more alert and active than when I went. It was a relief to know my fur family was in excellent hands. I would not hesitate to recommend this service, and especially Ms. Kim, who was extremely knowledgeable of special pets and their physical and emotional needs. The house was in order, and even my plants and pool were well maintained in my absence.

    Best Friends Fur Ever
Leo and I are both very happy with his experiences at Best Friends Fur Ever.  Leo is a young, energetic shepherd mix who needs lots of exercise.  He loves to go to day care and is excited to see the handlers and his canine friends.  He is always happy and relaxed when I pick him up from day care and he is ready for a quiet evening.
The staff is friendly, efficient and conscientious - pleasant with both humans and canines.

    Bark Busters Home Dog Training
We had a bad case of sibling rivalry once our wheaten terrier puppy grew bigger than our welsh terrier senior citizen. We were bit several times breaking up fights and the dogs' injuries to each other were getting progressively worse. We were at our wits end keeping the dogs separated most of the time to prevent fights.

Anne made all the difference. She showed us how to assert leadership and after just one session, the sibling rivalry stopped. We no longer need to separate our dogs and now they actually play together now. We continue to practice Anne's instructions and the dogs are so much better behaved. They follow commands and show respect to all humans in the household as well as each other. We couldn't be happier with the result. Anne is worth every penny.

    Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital
My overall experience with them went very well. It is an excellent veterinary service, and Dr. lynch is very good. I have been taking my dogs there since we moved here. It started in December. I have three dogs. I have taken all of them to Dr. Lynch for checkups. One of those dogs is quite ill with a chronic illness and she is elderly. So, Dr. Lynch has been helping me on what is going to be through this chronic illness. He is very good about returning phone calls, making time for appointments, and all that kind of things.

COUNTRY COMFORT KENNELS & CAMP FOR PETS
Everything went very smooth from start to finish.  The staff was so caring and kind to my dog.  They knew him by name and he seemed to respond very happily with the staff.  I felt comfortable and safe with leaving my dog there, he is like a family member to us.  He went to camp, could be given extra treats and when I would call to check in on him, the staff let me know everything that was going on with him.  Love this kennel!!

Aussie Pet Mobile Of Bel Air
They arrived right on time. Beth was super friendly and very affectionate with my dog. Brought him right in the truck and spent well over an hour working on him. His coat came out beautiful, he smelled nice and seemed very happy. Will definitely be using them for his future grooming appointments.

    Pleasantville Animal Hospital
We were devastated to loose Dixie a way that caused her so much suffering.  We were also shocked at his demeanor towards us and the situation following her death and that a vet would not be truthful.

    CHADWELL ANIMAL HOSPITAL
We were lied to and my cat was used as a training device for a newly licensed veterinarian.  Most importantly, I asked for a specific veterinarian, Dr. Schaupp.  Instead a vet licensed on 5/22/12 performed laser surgery on my kitten, AGAINST my consent and knowledge.  I have never had this happen anywhere, in my life with regard to medical/veterinary care.

    Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital
I started going to Jacksonville Vet Hospital in May 1995. We were blessed to have a healthy Yellow Lab for close to 14 years. If ever there was a medical issue with her, we took to to JVH and knew she would receive excellent care with people who actually had gotten to know her. They always remembered her name and mine and treated us like family. A year before she died, we found out Shelby had Cushing's Disease. Dr. Jessica Evers was her treating doctor and explained EVERYTHING to us, from what we could do, should do and did do for Shelby. She was always there if we had a question and was just so loving to Shelby and treated her as if she were her own dog. On Feb 25 of this year, Shelby suddenly had something happen in her brain, that she could no longer balance, walk or do anything on her own. We called as soon as their office opened and were told to bring her in when we wanted. We had wanted to have her put to sleep (if she had to be), at home. But it all happened so quickly, we just rushed her in. Dr. Evers meet us at the back door and stayed with us, explaining what had happened and advised us to consider having her euthanized. She would not recover from this. Of coarse we did not want her to ever suffer, so we chose to have her painlessly put to sleep with me holding her. Dr. Evers told us everything to expect would happen. After it was over, she let me have time with her alone and was just so respectful and understanding. After a while she came in and cried with me and just got on the floor with me and just let me ball my eyes out and babble about Shelby. The point is, she is real! She is a person who understands how much we love our pets and she is a very supportive and well educated Doctor who I will be going to again when we decide the time is right to add another member to our family. I trust her and would, and have recommended many people to Jacksonville Vet Hospital.
