    Clarity Audiology & Hearing Solutions
I have been wearing hearing aids for over 3 years and my Doctor of Audiology moved and the company changed the way they do business. In my opinion who must have a highly qualified Doctor and company to be a successful and satisfied hearing aid patient. When my Doctor moved I was lost and I new it was going to be difficult to find one to replace her. I was very fortunate to find Clarity Audiology and Dr Lisa Bragg, who not only replaced my former Doctor but she exceeded all of my exceptions. Dr. Bragg is fantastic. She performed my hearing test, and thoroughly explained the results. She showed me the latest products and explained how far they have advanced since I last purchased aids. She addressed all of my questions and gave me a lot of information so I can do my own research. I had several questions that came up and I just e-mailed her and she provided all of the answers and very sound advice. I purchased the new hearing aids on March 30, 2018 and so far things are going well. Dr. Bragg will be performing all of the necessary adjustments and I am sure I will be hearing with comfortable hearing aids for several years. Just a quick not about the company, they offer competitive prices, have a great staff, use state of the art technology and they offer walk in hours to perform services without an appointment. They also provide the best service plan.

    Colon Rectal Surgical Assoc
Dr. Cifello is one of the most compassionate, caring, thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable doctors you will ever be fortunate to find. He listens to all of your concerns and answers all questions. Especially since colon-related issues are uncomfortable for most people, you will be able to communicate your worries and feel confident that you are in excellent hands, no matter what procedures you may need.

    Mardiney, Dr. Michael
I have been under Dr. Mardiney's care for 19 years for anaphylactic reaction to bee stings.  I started with him back in 1997!  I have been getting regular maintenance shots since that time and have paid my bills on time.

After 19 years his office decides that I am a NEW patient and the doctor will no longer provide maintenance shots to me unless I am treated as a new patient.  This means a long 1 1/2 hour doctor visit along with 6 pages of very detailed questions of my living conditions, immediate family, and other irrelevant information that I supplied when I first became his patient. They needed all my personal information again including my insurance information even though they have been billing every couple months for 19 years!

I am so disappointed I don't know what to say.  They clearly must have lost my patient information that I originally filled out.  They do not have any online access to patient history or information.  Losing patient records for active patients IS NOT ACCEPTABLE to me.  The doctor would not see me unless if filled out the 6 pages that a new patient needs to provide.  So after nearly 2 decades of care, I will be looking for a new allergist.

.  Everything is a upsell though just like buying a car.  You get coupons to try café, salon, personal training, swimming, etc so that you will buy products, lessons, etc.  It's confusing to figure out all the details in between all the sales pitches so buy the time I paid fees and tried to take my son, then I really learned all the rules and figured out it really wasn't going to work out.  I am one of those folks who walk into a place knowing what I want and I don't care about price. I just want everything laid out and clear so I know what I am getting and in this case, it was difficult to get past the sales pitch to get answers.  The open swim time is very limited and lots of rules apply.  He can only use the weight equipment if you purchase personal training sessions so that a personal trainer can guide him through it.   If I had known it up front, I would not have joined as I don't need a gym for me, I have a gym at my place of work.  So it was a waste of time and money for me and I dropped the membership right away.

The facility itself is very nice and clean with lots of equipment and classes. The child care center is nice and roomy with lots of activities for small kids.  It's probably worth it for adults and families who need child care.

I would leave zero star if I could.  On paper, on photo, Rachel and this business seems like a legit hard-working small business, but I'm experiencing irresponsible and business fraud right now.  I bought a groupon which expires not til end of this year, and contacted her via email/phone. First of all, her phone never got picked up, so I ended up sending email.  She replied nicely and set up an appointment with me via google, all seems nice and legit.  A day before appointment, she sent an email letting me know something came up that we needed to reschedule.  We rescheduled and she never showed up for that.  No phone calls, no emails for any explanation, she just simply vanished or ignored my correspondence.  I actually checked these yelp reviews and google reviews before I even made the purchase, thinking the negative ones were probably individual bad experiences, until boom!  Still waiting for her response before I bring this further to any authority.  This feels bad! Be Aware!

    Korff, Dr. Monika

I did not like this doctor at all and completely got the feeling that she is working with the pharmaceutical companies.  Somehow, my daughter tested positive for every allergen, my daughter does not have allergies, no itchy eyes, no skin irritations, no runny nose, nothing.  Just trouble getting in a deep breath sometimes.  And now she is allergic to everything??  She is a VERY healthy kid.

I feel like this doctor completely over medicated my 12 year old.  My kid did the asthma test, and completely was able to blow out the candles on the monitor every time they asked her to with no problems, not being out of breath.

But what really made me feel uncomfortable was that this doctor really pushed very specific name-brand medications.  My daughter already had been using flovent for over 6 months and had no issues, this was prescribed by another doctor.  Dr. Korff said, "well there is nothing wrong with Flovent, but Qvar is a better medication".  No other real explanation.  And then she pulled out a free sample and coupons for Qvar, which means, she has a very good relationship with the Qvar rep (and doesn't with Flovent).  Qvar is also a much stronger medicine that Flovent, and was given to my sister who was diagnosed with lung disease.

Then she told me that my daughter needs to use Nasonex every day.  She is 12.  These are very strong and addictive medications.  I asked her about Flonase, and again Dr. Korff said, well Nasonex is better.  No real reason.  I go to the store and find that Flonase is over the counter and less than half the price of Nasonex, which ran me over $200.00 for a month's supply.

And the doctor additionally wanted my 12 year old, let's not forget her age!, to start taking Zyrtec twice a day.  I'm surprised we weren't given prescriptions for more drugs.  My daughter seriously has no issues.  I went there thinking that they will probably take her off of twice daily puffs of Flovent, because there are no symptoms, NONE.  Instead we leave with a barrage of new, strong medications.  Much too much for a kid who is fine.  I know other kids who only use asthma meds on an as-needed basis.  This was such overkill.  But so concerning that the name brands were so specific.  While I was in the waiting room, and by the way, the appointment took nearly 4 hours, I saw 3 pharmaceutical reps waiting to see her in the waiting room.  A real red flag for me.  I'm looking for another doctor.  This one went way overboard.  Oh, and did I mention that she practically ignored my questions and my comments??

    Bensinger, Dr. Irma
She's friendly and has a good bedside manner. She listens to you and doesn't rush you. I appreciate that they do a variety of screenings to tailor the information that they give me to the results. I typically wait about 15 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

    Kernan Hospital
I am a 71 year old male. On October 7, 2014 I had meniscus surgery at the surgical center
at Kernan Hospital. The center is an attractive facility, very clean, and fully
staffed with caring, intelligent medical staff. The care I received at Kernan both
before and after surgery was excellent. I cannot overstate how satisfied I am
with my experience at Kernan. I highly recommend this surgical center to
    everyone.

    Scott Silverstein MD
I am a 71 year old male. In August 2014 my right knee locked while I was on vacation. A
few days later I saw Dr Scott Silverstein at Orthopedic Associate of Central
Maryland. Dr. Silverstein ordered an MRI of my right knee and told me I had a
torn meniscus and recommended surgery. I waited for many weeks hoping the knee
would improve but it did not. During this period I called Dr Silverstein many
times with many questions about my options. He answered all my questions patiently,
    quickly, and honestly.
After several weeks without improvement I decided to have surgery. Dr Silverstein
explained the entire procedure to me and what to expect following surgery. On October
7, 2014 Dr, Silverstein performed right knee surgery at Kernan Hospital. The facility
was excellent as was the pre and post operative care.
The operation went flawlessly. Following surgery I had physical therapy which also
went smoothly. It took just a couple months to reach full functioning. Now five
months post surgery my right knee feels better than it did before my knee
    locked.
I recommend Dr. Scott Silverstein without reservation.

    James Otto MD
We have been going to him for about 15 years now, so he knows us very well. He is a concierge doctor. You pay a flat fee, at the beginning of the year. Whenever you need to see him, you call and ask to see him. There is no waiting and no copay. He was an open practice doctor, but he went to this type of service for his patients because he did not have time to devote to patients. Insurances were asking him to spend only 10 minutes and he didn't want to do that. He had a big meeting with his patients. He rented a hall and explained what was going on. Some people stayed and others did not because of the cost. He charges $1500 per person, but you don't pay anything. We go, we see him and we come out. He gives us a prescription if we need it, he refers us if we need it, and it is great. It lets him be more of a doctor to his patients. We get our physicals from him and any shots. He has always been right there when we have needed him. We send the money in and we never have to do anything else.
