    Excellent! Right from my first call yesterday, to our service this morning. These guys are PROS! There were serious needed maintenance items to be done that we were completely unaware of. The technician Terry was completely knowledgeable and saw the job through. He explained everything and had photos to let us see how desperately the system was in need of cleaning. Yikes! We could not be happier. We will be signing up for a maintenance contract with Frosty!

    We recently moved into a new home. We wanted to be sure our HVAC systems (Gas, Electric, and heat-pumps) were operating properly. After requesting quotes on a weekend via AngiesList, JDL contacted us immediately and came the next day. Our technician Ire was really knowledgeable, took the time to explain each part of our system and discovered some issues that needed attention. He tuned up different sections of the system, showing me the diagnostic numbers and required/ideal measurements. He was fantastic and JDL was on point from the moment I submitted a request to Angies List. What a relief to have a company and tech like this helping us :)

    Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. At the end they walked us through the new unit and told us what to watch out for. We would definitely recommend Beltway to anyone and will come to them in the future with all our HVAC needs.

    Came home at 6 in the evening to find the A/C not working. Called these guys as recommended by a friend. They answered, promised to be there at 7:30 the next morning. They showed up on time, got it up and running and seemed genuinely happy for me that I didn���t need a major replacement. When I do, they will be the first people I call.

    I was able to schedule my service for the same day. My technician was able to arrive 45 minutes earlier than my scheduled time, which worked out well for me. The service went smoothly. Without me needing to ask him, he immediately put on booties before entering my home, which I greatly appreciated. He was thorough, explained things to me, and was open to questions during the service. He was also pleasant to speak with.

    I called to see my usual company's estimate for an a/c repair was overpriced, and told them I was happy to pay them to have them come out to look at our a/c. Spoke to George, who asked who my usual company was, and what the estimate was. He told me (1) he trusts the company I named and (2) that the other company's price was reasonable for the repair necessary, and given the problem I was having, he thought it was likely an accurate assessment of the problem. He advised me very patiently and kindly, and saved me the cost of a second opinion simply by having a short conversation with me on the phone. He also gave me a few ideas about how to proceed from here to see if the repair is fully necessary. That he also spoke respectfully of a competitor made me think very highly of him, so if for any reason, my usual AC repair person is not available, I wouldn't hesitate to call George at Frank Klein's business in a heartbeat.

    Once the salesman got here and found out it was an attic air handler. He told me they do not do attic work in summer. He said if I was still looking in the fall he wanted me to call him. It would have been nice if his office staff asked it unit was in the attic and save both of us the time

    Our air conditioner's outside component (compressor) failed on the weekend. Blue Dot's website has a chat service that only set up a phone call (no appointment). Then a phone person claimed to set up an appointment for Monday. On Monday, I called the Blue Dot office to verify the appointment and was told the weekend phone people have no access to the appointment system so no appointment existed. That person gave me an appointment; the first two contacts were useless. My warranty covered the $119 "diagnostic" fee, the cost of having someone look at my system and figure out what's wrong. The tech looked at the compressor and said the capacitor looked bad. He replaced it by removing one screw for the strap that held the capacitor in place, then unplugged the four wires that were connected to the capacitor. He plugged the four wires onto the new capacitor and screwed the strap back in place. Actual labor took ten minutes at most. The new capacitor is a JARD Motor Run Capacitor, model 12789. Look it up online. It costs between $10 and $20. Blue Dot charged us $358 for ten minutes' work and a $10 to $20 part. The service call receipt's description of work reads, "minor repair LV2 2 - price $358. We will NEVER use Blue Dot again and will discourage anyone we know from using them.

    Tony the tech was awesome. Showed up on time, wore booties (making my wife very happy) and diagnosed the problem on the first visit. Two days later he was back with the part, installed it and completed his maintenance visit. Very professional and friendly. Hope we will see him in the fall for the fall check.
