Prompt and friendly service. They walked me through the entire process and kept me updated the entire time after my sump pump failed. They worked directly with my insurance company to ensure I had no out of pocket expenses. I would highly recommend them!

We suffered a major flood to our home. I called up RPS on a Saturday evening. He was there within a few hours and helped us minimize the damage and plan for repair. He called me throughout the months long process to explain what the next steps would be and update me. He also worked closely with our insurance to get way more than I thought we would get (and way more than the initial insurance estimate) for the repairs. I was so impressed with his careful work that I hired him to remodel two of our bathrooms as well and do several other jobs around the house like replacing a storm door. He also did some major work to our home to minimize our risk of future floods. I had another company specializing in waterproofing work come out to check his work and they reported that his drains were better than what they would have done and wouldn't change anything. I was very pleased. His workers were all courteous and respectful and left the worksite clean.

Very professional. They did an excellent job cleaning all the air ducts and the dryer vent. Also treated the air conditioning vents in the attic for mold. House smells a lot better now. They would wear shoe covers every time they entered the house. Very reasonable in their pricing. I would highly recommend them.

This work was performed in January 2017. GMD is a family business. I met Mike D. senior and his son performed the actual installation. They were prompt, clean, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I found them to be ethical contractors who don't oversell or needlessly scare you to get business. They have been in this business for a longtime and know what they are talking about. I recommend that you look into the Radon levels in your indoor air and I recommend GMD Construction without hesitation.

I highly recommend Reliable Radon!! They recently installed a radon mitigation system at my house and I could not be happier! Great communication & customer service throughout the entire experience. They are very competitively priced, came out quickly, and did a fantastic job.

I've been routinely impressed by Rodney's responsiveness when I assign him a job, and (more importantly) his promptness getting the job completed and results back to me. It's a pleasure dealing with a contractor/vendor who makes my work life a little easier.

Went great. The installation team was on time, explained what they were doing and left the basement area neat. They always discussed the other basement issue and told us what they thought the source of moisture was. This was important to us because the radon system was placed near the corner where the moisture was. I have been recommending this company to neighbors as often as I can.

I called this company based on the many "A" plus reviews. Also, via word of mouth. The person arrived at my house at 12:30 pm for a 1:30 pm appointment. I got home about 1:00ish to prepare for the 1:30 pm arrival. The person seemed frustrated because he had been sitting there since 12:30 pm for a 1:30 pm appt. He seemed frustrated the entire time going through my house talking to himself. When he needed to get to another spot I offered to move things such as a laundry basket (small things) etc. He would said no frustratingly and walk away. I also offered to cut a piece of the wall and floor out because his biggest complaint was that my house was complicated and that it was finished. He even mentioned that the the dining room was finished with frustration because he was trying to look where the furnace went. Yep my dining is finished. Again, I offered to cut a piece of the wall out in the basement and the floor mentioning we do not mind at all as it is important for the health of our family. Something we plan on replacing any way in the future. At the end of his surveying of the house he slams his book down on my kitchen table and says my house is too complicated he is not giving me a quote. At this time I have to speak up and state that I do not like the way he is talking to me and treating me. He claims his frustration was on the house and not me. But as I continue to ask questions to understand I felt like he was responding the way he was because I am a women. My 12 year old daughter was shocked when he left as she commented on how he spoke to me and how he slammed his binder down on our table. So it wasn't just me. We are getting a mitigation system as we know what are levels were previously from home inspection and it was suggestion to have a system installed. I wasted an afternoon of work. Now back to searching for companies.

Extremely well. We agreed on the additional cost which was very reasonable. The entire job took four more days than the original job of 4 hours and Brian kept his entire crew on our project. We are extremely happy with the result.

Working with Pillar to Post was wonderful, from phone and email communication with Jennifer to our inspector Bryant showing up early and spending about 5 hours with us walking us through every nook and cranny of the home. We are first time home buyers and Bryant did an excellent job giving us little maintenance tips along the way. He was very careful and knowledgable. The price was a little higher than other companies we had checked out, but I felt the professionalism and service (along with their use of neat tools like the infrared cameras) made it worth it. At the end of the inspection we got a binder with new home owner manuals and a very detailed report (with photos) of everything Bryant saw in the home. Would recommend them to anyone!
