  • They make our life so much easier. The neighbors don't complain any more. the office staff is extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend them, especially to seniors who can't do as much. they were affordable and we love the waste technicians.

  • When I got home and examined  my dog, he  had cuts all over his stomach (the only ones I could see).  Most serious was a cut and blood blister on his eyelid directly above the eye.  When I called Pampered Pet about this, the woman who groomed him said she was also owner and manager.  I told her about the injuries they caused on my dog (Zach) and asked about her credentials.  She was not one bit apologetic...said only that if I would bring Zach back next time, give them another chance, she could assure me it would be better!  I told her nothing would cause me to ever bring a pet back into their business.

  • Mobile Veterinarian, will come to your house and service pets in her mobile truck. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.  Really re-assuring to know that if your animal is not well that you can call and depend on someone to treat it without you having to transport them. Has very flexible availability to make scheduling easy. Will meet you somewhere if she has to. If there is something she can't do she will have a referral ready. Prices are very reasonable.

  • Very unprofessional service, showed up for appointment and he couldn't take me in, rescheduled. The owner showed me around while he kept a dog on the table leashed and unattended. The owner did my dog's groom and shaved his bottom beard. He normally looks like a bear cut. He asked me if he should clean it up and I said yes, not cut it off. The owner was definitely having a bad week and went on a few diatribes, seems to me like he is not into it anymore. I won't go back.

  • I used this Vet for approximately 2 years. I frequently felt the prices were too high for the services performed. I also believe unnecessary test were run. My overall feeling is the Vet's profits trumped my pets health. In the 2 years I used this office there was a botched surgery, I believe I was given bad advise about a very sick cat and another cat was misdiagnosed. I was told that cat would probably die within months. It is nearly two years later and with a proper diagnosis and treatment he is still doing well at close to 18 years old.

  • We have two dogs. Big and small. Young and old. One day we had to take both in. They accommodated us well. I felt cared for, and most importantly not like a piece of meat with a credit card. Unlike some past vets who ask on the intake form, basically, how much do you love you animal? 0-$250, $251-$500, you get the idea, how much am I willing to spend? Type questions. Both dogs had different infections. Treated. Both needed vaccinations. Treated. One dog needed Lyme testing. Completed. Both needed dental cleaning. Waiting. For future treatments, the doctor give us a breakdown of expenses that were reasonable in comparison to other vets. most importantly to us, they did not make us feel like bad pet owners for not spending and additional $1000 right away (that we do not have right now) on our dogs. So, to the leadership at Cherry Hill, well done.

  • Obviously, this is the corporate model of vet care. The vet and vet tech were telling us what we "will need" rather than what they recommended; trying to get us to switch to their own label of heartworm and flea/tick meds.
One of our dogs does need his teeth cleaned --- they required a pre-procedure dose of antibiotics - overpriced by at least $20.00
AND now they are giving our new vet practice difficulty in sending the bloodwork results that we paid for!
I should have checked Angie's List before we did this...never going back.

  • I have boarded all my pets here since 2006. Barb and Wayne are one of the few kennel owners who are this dedicated to their jobs and the pets they serve. I actually worked in kennels for years before starting as a Vet Tech, so I am quite picky about where my pets go. I have done surprise visits and asked for tours and this is one place that did not give me an excuse as to why I can't have a tour. They have nothing to hide.
The facility isn't new or flashy, but it is very clean. It doesn't have an odor even though there are multiple dogs in each area. Almost all the dogs had comfy beds set up with blankets. I asked about the few that said and quot;No Blanketsand quot; and was told those are dogs that have eaten their blankets on more then one occasion and therefore it isn't safe for them to have one.
Wayne showed me how each dog has a sheet showing his bathroom habits during his stay. This way they can monitor that he is eating and drinking and not having diarrhea or vomiting. Each dog also has a card listing gender, breed and identifying features. Wayne seemed to know most dogs by name, without looking at name cards.
While I was touring, I saw two dogs being played with in outdoor play yard and the staff member that was with them seemed very attentive.
The food room had bins that were clearly labeled with each dog's name and each pet had a food card showing the dogs name, amount of food given, how often fed and if they can have meat or not. Medicated dogs had a sheet detailing medication doses.
After this tour I was more then comfortable leaving my pets here and have been ever since.

  • I would tell others to never go to them. They are way overpriced and will just run test to make your bill higher. They don't have any repore with the animals and their bedside manner is terrible. The work that they did on my cat

  • The staff is very nice. They are very caring. They keep a watchful eye on your pets. They report any problems to you. I also like the fact that they separate the small dogs from the big dogs. When I go pick my pet up, the groomer comes to me and makes sure that I am satisfied.
