    The serviceman was on time, professional, friendly, and competent. The company found a discounted price for the part and passed that discount on to me. He came on time and the work was completed earlier than expected. I will definitely hire them again to work on other appliances in my home

    Hands down this was the most pleasant and best appliance repair I've had done in 28 years. I used to rely upon the big guys, but they would force me to wait for days or weeks before the initial appointment then require a follow up appointment to install replacement parts. With Crest I received same day service (lucked out) AND replacement parts for preventative service were in the van and installed during the same visit! My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Didn't even have to wait on the technician.

    I bought the deal on a Saturday and received a call from the owner on Monday. The technician was on time and friendly. Once he diagnose the problem, he talked to my husband about options (repair vs purchase new). He was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. After some additional research, we called the technician back and he was able to install the new part.

    Derick was  on time and polite as always. He checked the ice maker and fixed it; cleaned out the overflow ice in the bottom of the freezer, and even went into the basement to help me locate the water cut off valve for the ice maker.
    This is the second time I have used Wooten and both times I have been extremely pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and ease of working with them.

    We had a washing machine that stopped draining water. We have used Landers in the past and decided to use them again. After the initial visit, they came back with the part, which had to be ordered, to repair the machine. The machine was repaired.
    *** UNFORTUNATELY ***, the service man *** FORGOT *** to tie down the discharge hose. Since the washer and dryer is on the upper level, when the hose popped out of the drain, *** BECAUSE IT WASN'T SECURE ***, the result was extensive water damage.
    The service person took responsibility. After the service manager saw the damage, they said their insurance would handle it. The MAJOR problem with this is they only have liability insurance, which means they won't cover depreciation costs. Which, for carpet or any furniture damaged,would make sense. ***** INSTEAD **** it also applies towards structural damage.  To make a long story short, the amount their insurance company would pay, would leave me paying about $1100 out of my pocket!
    This is OUT OF MY POCKET for damage THEY CAUSED. If I get my insurance to cover the difference, which I could do because we have a full replacement rider, I would then risk later cancellation or a rise in my insurance rate because of a claim.
    To make this EXTREMELY CLEAR. I paid for service to the washing machine. NOW I am to pay for damage *** THEY CAUSED *** to my house.

    Landers was able to schedule the installation within two days and on a day that was convenient. As promised we received a call when they were on their way and the two installers arrived on time. They completed the installation within an hour. Everything went as hoped. While it was a little expensive, I thought the price was fair.

    Mark was great.  He came out and diagnosed the problem, then orded the necessary part.  On a return trip, he completed the repair and everything is working great.  The unit was in a home that we just bought.  Every appliance in the house is VERY old.  Mark took the time to tell me a little bit about some of the other appliances.

    I purchased a $99 deal from Home Systems on Sunday. The serviceman arrived on Wednesday and assessed the situation. He informed me that I had a faulty control board on my dishwasher and it may cost between $130 - $150. He called back the next day and said the part will cost $130. I called him back and accepted the price. He came on that Saturday and installed the part. The serviceman very professional; he was punctual and always wore booties when in the house.

    A busy sales floor during a holiday weekend Took a while to get a salesperson who understood I was ready to buy, I just needed to decide on what. Got a mix of floor model (dishwasher), good sale-priced appliance (stove) and range hood, and full price but no sales tax (refrigerator). Got a hard sell on an extended warranty; ending up on some middle ground, persuaded that with all the computerization, a power surge could do real damage. Nice deal that whatever you don't use of the warranty after a certain period of time, you can spend at the store.
    Separate home visit to measure that all appliances would fit before installation was scheduled. At the actual install, all did fit, it was just very tight with the range hood.
    The installation was a little chaotic. There were simply a lot of people (at least 4) in my relatively small kitchen. Getting old appliances out and new ones in took some juggling. And I'm convinced that a toolbox scratched my floor after I'd warned everyone to be careful of the new flooring, but I didn't see it happen, so I didn't report it.
    Had a follow-up home visit to check the operation of the dishwasher. Not satisfied with its performance, but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it. No manual was provided, probably because it was a floor model, but I got good information from the person who checked it and also a link to an online pdf of the manual.
