    Their service is fine. I think they are a little expensive on some things. I would give them an A for service and B for cost because, I think they are a little high. They are great on responsiveness. Everything was done quickly. It was fine, I would give them an A. The quality is good. For punctuality; I never have to wait more than I was quoted (the time lines). They are great on that too. They are very professional. I am not sure if the cost would be better anywhere else.

    This dealership was great. The sales people were not lurking all over the place or trying to talk us into anything. We took our time to look at all the cars and suvs. The service guy, Dave, was very open and honest about the car and suv we were looking at.
    He answered all of our questions and showed us all the options that were available. He pointed out the packages available and we found the car we were looking for. This dealership is very friendly and everyone works well together. One of the most important things I was looking for and Dave honored it, was handing our personal information with care. I am very protective over our personal information and he did not make me feel awkward when I asked for the scratch paper with my info on it. I prefer to dispose of that myself.

    We had a great experience buying from O'Donnell Honda. Our salesperson, Rob Wilkie, Jr. was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the sale easy and we never felt pressured. Also, after we had already purchased the vehicle, he went the extra mile with us, and explained how all of the technology worked. We would purchase a car here again.

    Someone greeted me right away and asked if I needed assistance. I did and introduced myself. I had the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive. James explained all the details of the car very thoroughly. My trade was evaluated quickly. I decided to buy the car, and James quickly went through the paperwork. I did have all my paperwork with me: Title, Registration, LoJack card, the last statement of my current car loan and a printout of the car I was interested in. Russel lists their ePrices on their website, which makes comparisons easy. After we agreed on the trade price, I was taken to 'after sales.' I turned down undercoating, but got a LoJack. The person scheduled my installation. I did not need to call someone. This person gave me my car manuals and explained the warranty and service schedule. Russel also has a customer program where you can get free loaner cars when you bring in your car for service. Then you are taken to Finance. They will offer you Toyota, but they have other financing available. NOTE: If you are planning on using a credit card for part of the down payment, say to get the bonus miles or cash back, you can only charge $5,000.00. There are steep fees the dealers pay to charge more than this. I did not know this beforehand and it made a little more work for me. The fee thing is what I was told by the finance guy. After that, the salesperson comes back, puts your tags on, and answers any last questions, then you are good to go. I did come into the dealership at 5:15, 45 minutes before they closed. They worked until the deal was done, long after closing and many people were there after closing. No one that I worked with gave any indication they were annoyed that they were working late. It was a very pleasant experience.

    We were very pleased with the way we were treated at Russel BMW. Our sales person, John Treat was wonderful! He was concerned about our specific needs in an automobile. I am a detail oriented buyer, and Russel is a detail oriented dealership. Both John Treat our sales person, and Rich Meckel the finance coordinator were outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. This dealership is first class and I would purchase from Russel/John Treat again in the drop of a hat.
