    everything concerning my project was excellant. the whole job from start to finish went smoothly and flawlessly. the crew was excellant in that they knew their jobs and skills required and worked as a team, i did not see any taking breaks or slowing down during the job

    Mike called me early Tuesday morning to let me know what time-frame to expect him in the afternoon. Very professional and courteous. When he arrived I showed him where to access the attic in our closet because the attic is where leak stains were found by a home inspector. Rather than get a ladder and look in the attic to locate the leak stains, he just looked around the closet ceilings and bedroom ceilings and said he didn't see any water stains or indication of leaks. He claimed that because he didn't see any leak stains on the ceilings that it means the leak in the attic was temporary and caused by infrequent stormy weather and not to worry. I asked him if he was still going to at least look at the leak stain in the attic. He replied "If you want me to. Do you have a step ladder?" I had to go get him a step ladder and he tried to use it to look up in the attic but it wasn't tall enough for him to really poke his head up there to get a thorugh examination of the attic area. Even though he couldn't see the whole attic, he said he thought the attic looked fine. By the way, this man named Mike had long ladders available on his truck. He then said he'd charge me $375 for his guys to come out and seal the chimney or $375 to write me a report stating that the leak is not an issue. Either one. I was really disappointed at his lack of care to thoughly inspect the attic leak. He didn't care. He though he knew all about leaks. Well, coincidently, about 3 days later, our closet lamp started behaving funny, delaying to turn on when we flipped the switch and sometimes not coming on at all. My husband and I found rust on the lamp's screws indicating water has been on the lamp overtime most likely coming from the attic. I am very upset with Mike's evaluation of the leak. He didn't even look at the leak stains or even try until I prompted him. And even after he tried to look at the attic he did a lazy unprofessional job because he didn't even find the leak stain that the home inspector found. He wasted my and his time. He lost me as a potential customer. I don't trust him or his crew to care for my roof issues. I will not return and I recommend others not go to them for service until they change their values. Mike obviously doesn't care about the customer. He cares about the money.

    I give them a B overall because of the length of time he was in there for treatment. He had to call the doctor to come over. They put him in a room, but he just had to wait so long. The office environment was okay. He had to wait.

    They don't put the trash can back on the curb like they supposed to. They set them out in the streets. Sometimes, the guy comes down to the next neighbor house. Before I got my bill, they had rated the price. They don't put the trash can back where they got it from. I had to tell my husband to go down there and get my trash cans from the next door neighbor's house, that's not right. And it is not right to leave them out in the street, either.

    It went great. I am new to Ocala and needed to find a hair stylist.  I was petrified about this as I had been with the same stylist for 30 years.  From the time Tammy called me (I had requested a call from someone to answer some questions) to the time I left the salon I was treated professionally. I asked her if they would match my hair color or if I should get the color from my stylist up north. She said that if I could get the color from my stylist she would try to get the exact color so I would be happy.  I called her with the color and she was able to get it the day of my appointment. When I got there she took me immediately even though I was early.  Before she started, She asked me if I had any concerns and asked how I wanted my hair cut.  I explained that my hair grows in different directions and that I have several cowlicks.  She checked it out and assured me she would not have a problem.  Tammy is a miracle worker.  She gave me a great cut and the color was perfect.  If you are looking for a good stylist, give her a try.  You won't be disappointed. I have found my new stylist.

    I could have gotten this job done a lot cheaper then what he wanted to charge me. I did not like the feeling I got from this guy. He just seemed like a salesman.  They were punctual and responsive.

    It turned out pretty good. My problem was I did not think they were coming because it was getting close to  dusk but he did show up and patched the minor repairs.  He found some other things and gave me a quote on it.  It did not take him long, done with an hour.  The guy was pretty personable.

    I used WS Contractors in the past for various work performed inside and outside my town home. Abe provided a quote.  He price was good for the job.  The crew arrived early in the morning, completed the roof replacement in one day.  They were professional and left my yard and deck clean.  The gutter crew came the next day to put up the gutters.  It has rained since this time and no leaks inside my house.  The roof looks nice. I would use WS Contractors in the future for other work.

    It had to with running a television cable in the house. Comcast told us that they could not use the wires in our house because their new system was so much more powerful than Verizon and we actually ended up hiring a guy to come in who does nothing but cable and in all honesty I cannot remember his name and he actually didn't not show up on the day was supposed came the next day gave totally free he said he was so sorry that he couldn't get here he was at the other end of Maryland and he could not get back in time and was very great about it walk through my house and looked at me and said lady they are blowing smoke up your a***. If Verizon can run on these lines Comcast can run on these lines and there is no reason for you to have to replace them. He said now I will take your money if you want me to take your money I will replace every line in this house but that I did not need the line well Comcast did not have a lot to say about that later. They held our phone hostage our phone number. You know how your supposed to be able to take your number with you. Well when they came to the house to install the first thing they did was disconnect the phone and port the number over to Comcast and which meant it was now in the Comcast pool of numbers. Only Comcast could pool that number. We were like without a phone for two weeks until we got done all again because that day they also said oh they couldn't install it because of these wires that we had in our house which like I said later on we found out that was a bunch of malarkey. Apparently because they were so late and they got there at 6:30 on a Friday. They really did not want to install it. We fought with them for two weeks without a telephone because they were holding our number hostage. Even though they had the job as marked as incomplete because of them they were holding our phone number hostage and we had to go through I cant tell you how many hours my husband spent because we had the phone number for over 30 years and I cannot tell you how many hours we spent fighting with Comcast to finally get our number back. We did get our number back again in the end. It was just one nightmare after another with them. I ended up having to take the modem and drive the modem back up and the whole deal and we never did get any service from them but they tried to charge us a disconnect fee. The only nice person out of the whole deal was the service guy who came out us the plan. He was real pleasant. He was always available for our phone call even while we were having trouble. Their price was good what they were going to install for the amount they were 50 dollars lower than Verizon. We always were able to get a hold of somebody even if it took an hour on the phone waiting we always got a hold of somebody. You should not have to wait hours because they screwed up. They were supposed to come between 12 and 2 and they showed up 6:30. I don't think they did anything they weren't told to do.

They guided me through the entire process from start to finish. They still contact me to see if all is well with the purchase process.
