Total rip off. Stay away. Took out permit on my town home to check gas pressure. Called me the next day that gas pressure has failed said that inspector came out and sprayed the fittings (BTW inspectors don't spray fittings, they are not allowed to do so) He gave me 2 options $2200 to replace all gas lines or $9000 to convert everything to electric. PROOF ATTACHED. Turns out he used a faulty gauge to test the gas pressure. I had another plumber come out and everything passed with flying colors and he only charged me $250!

We were very happy with Bob's work. We were surprised and delighted that he came out the same day that we called him. He made good recommendations, cleaned up after himself, and did the work for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended, and we will definitely be using him for our own future plumbing needs.

It was a one day job. They came and did it. They came out, did it, and then left. I mean it took them a good while to dig up the whole ground. They had a problem with the pipe because the people who put it in didn't put it in properly. The price was great. They did everything great. I always call them because they always come out and fix whatever needs to be fixed.

I had a kitchen faucet installed by another company and it failed immediately. This was not Plumber Guys fault. I called Plumber Guys. They looked at the faucet and said it was stripped and could not be repaired. (first visit) I went and bought another sink. Then on Angie's List I paid for 1/2 hr of work from the Plumber Guys. Plumber Guys were supposed to be at my house at 8 a.m. but got there around 1:30 pm. (2nd visit) I understand the original plumber had a family emergency and that is why they were late, did not answer the phone til nearly 10 am but I had to miss a day's work and my boss was unhappy with me. When Plumber Guys came they charged me an extra $130 saying they do not do faucet installs in 1/2 hr. (what I paid Angie's List for a simple swap out) It took them 35 minutes including lots of chatting. Overall I paid 3 times to get a new faucet and was not happy that Plumber Guys would not take into account that they inconvenienced me and did a quick swap out. Don't get me wrong, they did excellent work and I would call them again but buyer beware of extra charges.

It went beautifully!! The young man, Ron, showed up early as expected, went to work on the problem, educated me on some plumbing issues, and fixed the leak. He was done within the hour and I had the rest of the day to enjoy! Thank you Ron for your effectiveness and professionalism.

We were given an estimate of $930, prior to them coming out for the job.  After his arrival, everything fell to pieces.
The old heater was put in prior to the requirement for an expansion tank.
Upon measuring the opening for the spot where the heater was located, it was found to be narrower than the new model water heater.
The plumber quoted a price of $1300 as a revised estimate.  This included everything.
At this point we discussed with him and got an estimate for a tankless system.  The cost was too prohibitive for that.  We decided on the hot water heater that we were originally getting.  (this was about an extra 30 minutes)
The plumber left and obtained an expansion tank, he cut and widened the opening to accommodate the new heater and installed the  expansion tank and new water heater.

After completing a job that took him, at least, two hours longer than originally expected, rather than leaving the Cedar Chest to be returned to the closet after I came home from work, he assisted my wife in putting in back in the closet.

Obviously this man and his company understand customer service.  That little bit of kindness after a frustrating day for him and my wife does make a difference.  I do appreciate it.

Note:  I put the price as excellent.  I realize that a lower price may have been available.  This company was worth every penny I spent.

It all went well. The Plumber Guys fixed my leaking toilet with a cable of some kind and did a little caulking around the tub faucet.  They replaced a non-working shower-head with one supplied by us in another bathroom.

I must say that the final result is absolutely exquisite. The work was completed ahead of the quoted date and all the mess from the project was completely gone when they were done. It looks so much bigger and brighter than before. We are just sorry we did not call them sooner. The entire maintenance crew were the politest work crew we have ever hired. They can be assured that we will keep call them if we ever need future repairs done and will also pass the companies name around when our family and friends are looking for a contractor . They say good contractors are hard to find NOT! we just did...David Ruth's Precision Remodeling Dream Team.

The bill was $657 after 4 hours of work and he left for 45 minutes. They told me that they don't charge by the hour, only by the job. I was supposed to receive a $10 discount from being an Angie's List member, but the worker wouldn't honor the discount. I contacted the manger and he gave me the discount and another $15 off. His explanation for the price was that it's system wide for the industry and I was paying for an educated and experienced worker.

I thought all I needed was a washer for a leaky powder room faucet but it turned out to be more serious than that.  The plumber who came to the house, Jimmy, took apart the leaky faucet hardware and discovered the job called for more than just a washer.  Faucets are more elaborate nowadays and I needed another mechanism with the  washer for the brand of faucet I had.  Jimmy went to several locations looking for the piece needed before informing me it one was located too far afield of my home and it would be more cost effective to purchase a new faucet than having him travel a great distance.  I agreed with this assessment since I wanted the faucet fixed before my Thanksgiving guests arrived.  He met me a the local Home Depot where I purchased a new bathroom faucet and he took it from there.  Jimmy did a great job with the replacement and cleaned up the bathroom before leaving.  I truly appreciated his professionalism as well as his ability to complete the task in time.
