    My husband called their office earlier this week and spoke with Rose about setting up an appointment for an installation quote.  She said it was scheduled for 11 on Friday 19 June.  My husband called back to double check the time on Thursday 18 June and it was set for 11 on Friday.  He also asked that the technician call an hour before so he could leave base for the appointment.  His military chain of command is stringent on time away from the office.  He didn't receive a call, but was able to depart work in time to make the 11am appointment.  Nobody was waiting yet so this was ok.  He finally got a call at 1131 (and 1132, and 1133) from the technician.  The technician was running a little late from an earlier job and said he was told to call an hour ahead of his arrival at our home.  This reasonably meant he was due to arrive between 1230 and 1240.  My husband told him as long as he wasn't impacting his ability to pick up me up at 3pm the slight delay was fine.  The technician didn't pull up until 230pm, as my husband was walking out the door to pick up me up.  My husband didn't have time to talk about the 2 extra delayed hours as I needed to be picked up no later than 3pm.  A call at 1240 explaining additional arrival delay and asking to reschedule would have been appreciated.  Without it, my husband was unable to return to work.  To pull up 30 minutes before he had to be somewhere and expect he'd still have time for the meeting is not reasonable.  My husbands schedule is busy and his time is valuable.  We can't afford 2 hours with no word.  The voice mail "you were leaving as I pulled up, I'm sorry, there was traffic"  was just too late.

    in response to the reply that they "kept in contact with this potential customer"...no, you did not.  You made contact ONLY ONE TIME at 1133am (half an hour after our appointment, and an hour and a half after a call was expected), which is when I clearly stated that I had to pick up my wife at 1500 (not leave at that time), and said as long as you didn't impact my ability to do this we could still meet.  You didn't call any other times before or after 1133am, so you did NOT keep in contact.

    Home Theater Heroes came to the house to hang a TV over our fireplace. They did their job quickly and professionally. They ran the wires through the wall and also installed an outlet. They included the wall mount, outlet, and two HDMI cables in the price. The price was great and so was the quality.
