    It came out better than I had expected. The quality was superior, the custom touches that were added with the address number and the outline which were not part of the original image I sent, look fantastic. I get compliments on it all the time and guests requesting they get their pictures taken under the sign. Couldn't be happier!

    The phone and internet cost $120 per month, and then I go on vacation and it goes down to $15 a month. I have had my service interrupted twice this year. They sent me a form letter in Maryland, saying that my service will be turned on on such and such a date, and I got down here after that date, and my service was not turned on. That was just the internet. The TV and phone were working. The TV always works because it is on the building. The phone was working and I don't know why because it is with the internet. I called them over the phone, and they sent me a new signal.

    This company was recommended to me by someone who was helping me get a mortgage. He told me he did not believe in credit repair companies, but that he'd be contacted by these people and they seemed to be getting good results. They were running a special for $599 for 60 days (to be paid at the END of the 60 days), so I figured it was worth a shot. I wouldn't have to pay unless I got results. From the beginning, it was bad. They required a credit card, and I explained I did not have one. Due to my bad credit, I could not get a credit card, I only had a pre-paid card. They agreed to accept my alternate form of payment, which I gave them. A week later, I was contacted relentlessly asking for a credit card, and told they couldn't begin until they got one. When I explained they already had my pre-paid card, they said that wouldn't work, when a manager had already said it would. This went back and forth for nearly a week, until they finally took it. I then found out my service date was being started from the original contact date, so they'd wasted an entire week going back and forth with me about the credit card. From there, I was told they'd be sending out letters and Id receive copies in the mail. A month later, nothing had come. I emailed asking for an update. I was told "there was no update yet". I was given a log in to the back end of the site that I could not log into. I called back and they helped me log in, but it said "no update" on the site as well. At then end of the sixty days, still nothing had came in the mail, but I received an email saying my card would now be charged the $599 and I was responsible for the next payment as well. I immediately contacted them saying Id received nothing, and asked nicely to be shown what was done for my $599. They ignored my email, and then shoved me off onto another person. NO ONE was able to tell me what was done for my money. But the emails kept coming demanding payment. Aggravated, I contact my mortgage broker and explained what was going on. I told him I was very frustrated and felt Id been scammed. He called them and explained all I wanted was to see what work was done for my money. Still I got nothing but emails demanding money. I sent two more emails, explaining to the manager that I had no problem paying, but I just WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THEY'D DONE. I never received any reply, or any results to my credit. His only reply was ignorant, saying if I didnt pay they'd take me to court. Over 6 months later I get a phone call from their billing department saying "this is a courtesy call,'' and that if I don't pay them, they're going to hire an attorney and put a wage garnishment against me. As mad as I was, I told them all I wanted was to know what was done and Id happily pay. I said it OVER and OVER again. He said quote "if i bring the money to the office, they'd spend an hour and show me what work was done afterwards." I replied that I refused to drive 3 hours if they couldnt even give me a simple response telling me what was done on the phone. I asked repeatedly what was done. His only response was, Ill tell you once you bring us the money. Im not wasting another minute until we get it. UNBELIEVABLE! These people are the biggest scam in the WORLD. YOU WILL NOT SEE A SINGLE RESULT FOR YOUR ORIGINAL INVESTMENT. Theres a REASON these companies are not ALLOWED to charge until AFTER they perform the work- BECAUSE THERE'S SO MANY SCAMS. AND THIS PLACE HAS FOUND A WAY AROUND THAT. DO NOTHING, then CHARGE THE PERSON WHEN THE 60 DAYS IS UP! DO NOT give these people your credit card, your money, or waste your time. From my research, the only people that have seen results had to pay for a year or two worth of work. I have my MBA and own my own company- and Id never charge for services until I could show what work was done for the money. I had NO problem paying these people if they simply show me what they did, and they COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT! STAY AWAY!

    These guys are great. While certainly not cheap, they did a great job. They were responsive and punctual and did a great job. They were so familiar with the swingset (having put together so many) that they really knew what they were doing.

    I took my daughter to Doc's In because I believe she may have strep throat. I provided her insurance card, but they told me that the insurance company verification said she did not have coverage. I said there must be some mistake as we had just been to her PCP two months ago without issue. The woman said they must not have verified coverage. I called the number on the back of the insurance card and it said that my daughter does indeed have coverage. I told the clerk that they were mistaken and to check again. She said and quot;That is not their policyand quot; and told me I would need to call the insurance company and have them fax a letter verifying coverage. There were 4 people behind the counter doing NOTHING, yet they refused to do a second verification of coverage. So unprofessional and uncourteous, I will NEVER go back.

    First, the office looks like a abandoned building behind a trashy motel... Bad first impression.. As you walked in you were required to put on a face mask to prevent spreading germs. I've never had to do that before, and it was a bit awkward, but I do understand why. As a new patient I had to fill out my paper work, but I also had to pay $100 up front. They want that money right away! Guess so you can't change your mind? I ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before getting called back then maybe another 10-15 in a room. When the Doctor finally came in she asked me about my symptoms. She also took blood and urine samples. Come to find out they send them off can't check them there... After about 5 mins, I'm told there's nothing wrong with me and told to eat bananas and was written an Rx... Then get charged another $75 and was told to come back if I still felt sick in a week... And of course pay again... I end up feeling better a few days later and also get a bill in the mail. In addition to my office charge, I was being billed ($130) for the lab work for the blood and urine sample.. would have been nice to get a heads up on everything I was being charged for especially due to the fact they knew was paying out of pocket.

    I contacted The Swing Set Man (Russ Huber) on 4/2/13 about installation of a swing set I purchased at Costco.  He wrote me back the same day with a quote.  I immediately wrote him back to ask a few questions about what is included in the cost and to schedule a date for the installation.  I never heard back from him.  Over the next 3 weeks, I attempted to contact him numerous times without any response.  He did not return a single voice mail, email or text message.  I see that other reviewers have had the same issue with him to which replied that he must have "overlooked" the emails.  Given my persistence in contacting him, it is inconceiveable that he has once again "overlooked" the attempts at communication.  His quoted price was reasonable and in line with other quotes I have received.

    I disliked their services. They immediately wanted to start an IV when I walked in and draw blood. I had blood drawn at 9:30 that morning at their diagnostic center and it was three hours since that and they did not put in my chart. They wanted to do it again and I did not allow it. We had a problem because the nurse was great but the doctor was not good. They were no problems with the billing and administration. I don’t have a choice but to go to that hospital as it is the only one here. ER physicians do not always want to listen to the patient. The doctor would not listen to me when I told him my medical history and it infuriated me. They were rude.
