ARudolph Pulley RefinishingI had a 1960’s 4-piece bedroom set in bad need of refinishing. It was quality furniture and I didn’t want to donate it just to buy new furniture of less quality. Mr. Pulley’s price was a bit high, BUT he picked up the furniture, did an absolutely gorgeous job on the refinish, and then delivered the furniture back to me. It was worth the price.- Cindy D.

APerry Moving & StorageThe move went very well. It started with the estimator, Sam Perry, coming out to our Baltimore home to discuss our moving particulars and to go room by room with us to detail the items to be moved. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions in a professional manner. We wanted our belongings to be handled by one crew leader on one truck (no transfers or combining with other peoples' loads), with pick up in Baltimore on Friday, August 14th, and delivery in West Yarmouth on Saturday, August 15th. Sam was agreeable to this arrangement. He emailed the detailed binding estimate later that day. We packed the fragile items ourselves and moved them in a small U-Haul. Perry Moving moved most of the contents of our house, including antique furniture, which was carefully wrapped by them before they loaded it onto the truck. Tara S was the moving coordinator and she explained and handled the payment aspects, answering any questions we had along the way. Richard G was the crew leader, and he was professional and adept at managing the crew and organizing the move. He managed a crew of 3 in Baltimore and a crew of 2 in West Yarmouth. Everything arrived in perfect condition, including our antique furniture with glass doors and shelves and our antique mirrors. We knew the move would cost a little more because of the special arrangements we requested, but Perry Moving was willing to work with us and they provided excellent service.- Gary S.

It was a competitor who referred me to this company. The salesman at Lenders was very professional and pleasant to work with.. All options were explored regarding pricing and selection. ABare Woods & Home FurnishingsI called this store in Chantily VA since the sister store where I originally bought the table (in Finksburg MD) went out of business. The incredibly nice person I spoke with understood my concern asked me to provide pictures via email. Subsequently the staff of this store forwarded the request to their manufacturer in NC who in turn Fed Ex the replacement leg to me. I had informed the original person I had a neighbor willing to do the work to install the corrected leg so as soon as the product arrived he did the work. The replacement leg is perfect, beautiful, & has been sturdy, safe & great. All of this occurred within about a week. I have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism & this business standing by their product!!! They are a definite example of what a wonderful business should be like!- Sara A.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion.
