I had gotten some fairly expensive quotes from foundation repair companies to completely overhaul the parging, but instead gave this team a call. Their team quickly assessed that a large repair job was possible. They were able to go all the way around the house, fix all the broken spots, and blend the coloring in with the original. CHorrible, owner took on my basement project after Mid Atlantic did the work. If anyone needs additional information on that please contact me, email will be at the end of this review. Larry made good and I ended up signing a contract with Basements.com. A pump installed like 5 months ago failed me, the back up stoped working and my other pump the water sensor went. AWe are so happy that we got an estimate from Armored Basement Waterproofing. Prior estimates from other supposedly reputable companies wanted to sell us a sump pump drainage system. After his inspection, Gary found the leak to be from around our basement window. He recommended we repair the mortar of the window well, along with resealing the caulk around the window. A much easier fix that we could do, essentially talking us out of hiring him. His solution fixed the problem, unlike his competitors' desire to sell us something we did not need. It is refreshing to find someone as knowledgeable and with integrity as Gary. We will definitely call him in the future if the need arises.

AA large contingent of workers arrived on schedule. They moved the remaining stuff in the basement, a collection of 47 years of "stuff", and got right to it. They jack hammered the perimeter of the basement, removed the concrete, laid new drainage piping, recemented the floor, and painted the moldy walls with a water proof sealant paint. The job took 2 days. They didn't make a mess. They didn't leave my gates open so my dogs could escape (VERY important to me). They sealed off the work area so that dirt and dust wouldn't come into other areas of the house. They mixed concrete in my driveway but left no trace of this on departure. The workmen were industrious, finishing this large project in a very short time. We are happy with this contractor.
