    Steve once suggested that I run the gas logs at least once a month during the summer to keep the wasps out, and since then, I've had no wasps! But the starter wore out (we've had this set for more then 10 years). Kyle replaced the started, and it works likes new now! I am very happy with these guys.

    The team was excellent from start to finish! Everyone was great to work with and they let us know what we needed to do to ensure a longer lasting fire pit. Bryan and Becca in the office are great and Miguel and his team of masons were very meticulous and you could tell they did the job as if they were working on their own home! Would absolutely recommend them and am looking forward to having them come again to do chimney maintenance for us

    Great - Brian took photos and showed me the before and after. He also cited that the company who installed our wood stove and chimney liner made some critical mistakes and needs to correct these problems ASAP. Thanks to Brian, we have explicit pictures of these errors and an explanation of how things should be corrected and brought up to code. Bottom line, I'll never use anyone else for this service.

    Scheduled the service approximately 1.5 to 2 months in advance. Received a phone call several days prior and received an afternoon arrival window. Had requested an earlier time when scheduling, but accepted the afternoon slot without pushing back. Received a call on the day of service that they had to cancel to cover down on homes without any heat. Totally understood, as temperatures were dangerously cold. However, they only offered me $10 off of a $100 service. I understand that those without heat should take precedence, but I expected a better discount as I had taken leave from work for the appointment. Needed a better deal to take the risk of another cancellation, as I had llimited confidence they would keep the appointment. Not going to try working with them again. The plus side is I didn't have trouble reaching them. Operator(s) are responsive. In my interactions with them, they were also very polite - never rude. Some good qualities there, it's too bad my appointment couldn't be held.

    BC called ahead when they were running behind and told me they were on their way. They were very personable and professional. My wood stove is a very complicated Jotul (13 yrs old) and they refused to leave until they got it right. After cleaning the chimney they took apart the stove to get every last particle cleaned out of it. With the design of my stove they could have easily left it because it wasn't visible when looking in the firebox. No one would have known there was a ton of buildup and soot behind the cast iron panels and firebrick. Instead they insisted on doing it correctly. Now I can fire it up this winter knowing it's had a thorough cleaning and is operating efficiently. With something as important as a wood stove it's key to have piece of mind that it will operate safely - you get that with Bethesda Chimney. Highly recommend them.

    I called All Pro Chimney to have my fireplace cleaned and gas log system inspected. The gas log equipment did not look in good condition so we had not used the fireplace since we purchased our home 6 years ago. Dennis, the owner was very responsive in returning my call and setting up an appointment with me. Kevin, who actually came out and serviced my fireplace was great. He was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection. He found the remote control system for the gas logs no longer worked and showed us how to manually turn the system on and off safely. I am very pleased with the service I received and will use All Pro Chimney again.
