The price is good; better than you probably will find most places. Dustin handles the outside sales and they do residential and commercial projects. AWe were extremely happy with the service, installation and quality provided by Pella of McMurray. We dealt with Rob Culbertson. Rob was superb to deal with in many aspects. I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

AExperience with this company was GREAT! It was so good, I didn’t even bother calling another company. The office personnel was very professional and she really knew what she was talking about. This was not just a person passing on messages to the actual contractor and just scheduling appts. She asked some very specific questions, talked through the process and then sent someone out to take a look right away. They provided an estimate quickly and came out within a week or two. The onsite crew was prompt, extremely professional, conscientious about their work and left the site very clean upon departure. I don’t know if the price was competitive or not but the company was a pleasure to work with in every way and I would call them back again if I needed additional work completed.

AVery pleased with the services performed and the rate. Due to company's busy schedule, we had to wait longer than we wanted to for the services to be performed, but we were told in advance about this and we were willing to wait based upon the estimate given. Due to weather conditions, the work was delayed, so it took longer than anticipated for services to be performed, but we were pleased with the work and would hire again.

AFantastic! Devin and his team remodeled three of the four bedrooms in my townhouse in Clarendon: the first about four years ago and the other two bathrooms two years ago. He also built me a new closet in the master bedroom. The entire experience was amazing. The work is top quality - years later it still looks perfect and I have not had any problems - and his team is polite, professional, timely and they left my home spotless when they left. And since the work has been completed, Devin has helped me with little issues for free whenever I needed help. He is truly a talented professional and a stellar person. Can’t recommend highly enough!
