AEric BonnerWe are extremely pleased with all the work Mr. Bonner performed on our home. The siding and trim work that created a maintenance free exterior far exceeds what we expected. The siding is smooth, and there are no "buckles" or "waves" that you see on many siding jobs. Mr. Bonner was very approachable and knowledgeable about all phases of construction. He was proactive in suggesting ways to enhance areas he worked on so that we would avoid problems in the future. He came to the job site to work and gave a full-days effort. AVery pleased with the services performed and the rate. Due to company's busy schedule, we had to wait longer than we wanted to for the services to be performed, but we were told in advance about this and we were willing to wait based upon the estimate given. Due to weather conditions, the work was delayed, so it took longer than anticipated for services to be performed, but we were pleased with the work and would hire again.

FHorrible Company!!! I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. Poor communication and dishonest business practices are their staple. Don’t let these guys take advantage of another person.

AExperience with this company was GREAT! It was so good, I didn’t even bother calling another company. The office personnel was very professional and she really knew what she was talking about. This was not just a person passing on messages to the actual contractor and just scheduling appts. She asked some very specific questions, talked through the process and then sent someone out to take a look right away. They provided an estimate quickly and came out within a week or two. The onsite crew was prompt, extremely professional, conscientious about their work and left the site very clean upon departure. I don’t know if the price was competitive or not but the company was a pleasure to work with in every way and I would call them back again if I needed additional work completed.

DI set up an estimate time a few days in advance; one hour before the appointment, they called to make sure my wife would be there - this was the first they'd mentioned a both-spouse requirement. Our schedules make that nearly impossible, especially on an hour's notice. The sales rep told me it was my fault, then transferred me to the "confirmation department," where someone there set up another appointment and assured me that I would NEVER find another contractor without this "both-spouse" requirement. After contacting five other businesses that were much easier to deal with, I called back to cancel my appointment - and was forced to endure one sales pitch after another from someone who just wouldn't cancel my appointment. It felt like an argument, not a business call. After I thought I'd finally ended all this and canceled the appointment, she asked me for a reason - as though we hadn't been talking all this time. I cited the difficulties in doing anything with them, and she asked me to consider them in the future... If it's this difficult to do something minor, I can only imagine the headaches with something major. I've already received prompt, personal, and professional attention from several of their competitors.

FI am a 65 year old disabled veteran taking care of my 95 year old mother. We went with Long Roofing thinking we would have a professional experience. Furthest thing from the truth. Install was bad. No communication between anyone in the company to resolve issues. Repair/replace has been pursued since install in November of 2018. Company has refused to acknowledge mistakes even after numerous "inspections", a large number of photos and independent inspector I had to hire at my expense to validate my issues. I have had to go through more than The company seems too busy to take care of their customers correctly. I am still in the process of trying to get my roof fixed from their install and it is March of 2019.
