AMountaineer Maintenance and Cleaning ServiceAfter having two no-shows for two other companies, I stumbled upon an ad for Mountaineer Maintenance. I needed last minute service and they actually showed up in less than 10 minutes! I was shocked! I had a low budget to work with and they really came through on working with me. They were meticulous and very knowledgable. They actually talked me in to keeping a few things I was going to trash so that they could clean/repair them and as it turned out, were completely right! They saved me lots of money by restoring what I was convinced was beyond repair. I was shocked at how well the house turned out. They were my life savers! DUntil last summer, I'd been a happy customer of Cathy's basically for the past 7 years. Our cleaners have always been wonderful, our house cleaned excellently, and I never had any issues with the main office. However, since last summer - while our cleaner continues to be amazing - the office and management of the business has tanked. The office is non-responsive, doesn't return calls, and bills incorrectly and erratically. I'm tired of that and I'm done. It seems like the management must have completely changed, and or new staff is not trained at all. Either way, sadly, I don't have time for that. I half expect to be fighting with them over incorrect bills for the *next* 6 months even thought I've cancelled since I've been fighting with them about it for the last 6 months. Wish me luck.

AI have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support.

FI'm 60 and have arthis I cant bend down or move things around. THE FINAL STRAW WAS: they forgot to vacuum my bedroom ( we have 2 cats and a dog.) I told her .....she said she assumed it was done....that was her answer all the time. So she gave me the next cleaning free. WELL THAT WAS A JOKE..I spent the next 2 weeks cleaning. I hired a women for the first of July. Her and I couldn't believe all the spots in every room that has not been touched in months.
She is a fast talker and she thinks she has an answer for everything. But when the same thing happen more then once there is no excuse.
Infact I was the one that put her on Angie's List. Now I'm sorry I did
