Pressure Washing reviews in Crofton

    Affordable Pressure Washing Solutions, LLC.
I was impressed from step one. Affordable Home & Softwash responded to my quote request immediately and courteously, and clarified details about my home and the work to be done before quoting. They arranged a date for the following week, confirmed the day before, arrived on time, checked in with me and got to work. They were careful not just about my property while they washed (a previous contractor damaged my screens) but they took care not to soak my neighbors' property, too, as best possible (mine is a middle townhouse). Very happy with the results - I wasn't sure the softwash would be enough, since my siding had a lot of mold/mildew, but it's gleaming. Thank you Jasmine and Jorge!

I got them off of Angie's List, and they do it every year for me. I've been very happy with them. They're punctual, they do the job, they clean up. I know from the other people I talked to, they were right there for the typical price for the service. I would give them A's down the board. I've been very happy with them.

    Restore My Deck
Not well at all. Right away I realized the offer was a complete bait and switch. The services that were included in the offer were ones they told me they "don't recommend" when they came out to analyze my deck. The minimum service (power washing and clear sealer) was $160 more than the $200 offer due to the size of my deck they told me. Okay, fine. Then for the lowest service that that they do recommend, it was $950.00 MORE for 1 coat of solid stain and in the case of the highly recommended service (resurfacing color stain, 2-3 coats) it was $1850 MORE. I was completely floored and there was no way I was paying that much so I opted just to have them power wash and seal (which he said I wouldn't like the color because it was clear). I said that's okay, I can live with the color not being even / consistent. They were scheduled to come out on a Tuesday to power wash between 1 and 4. I was called and told they were running late and he would be coming after 4 put I didn't need to be home. I came back home at the end of it and realized he didn't have or use a ladder and also missed several spots. I called and told them and they said when the guys came to seal it, they would take care of it. They were then scheduled to come out on that Friday and apply the sealer but again, I didn't need to be home. When I got home that Friday from work to look at it, I was instantly very unhappy. The finish had started bubbling up, looked very oily and streaky white all across my deck with what looked line lines and bubbles across it. I called right away and was told to please send pictures and a supervisor will call. I did that and was told the pictures would be sent to the project manager. I received a call later that day that they would send people back out to touch it up, sand some spots and go back over it within the next few days but that I didn't need to be home. Someone did come come out and I did notice it got ever so slightly better on the railings but still looked awful with missed spots, streaks and very oily residue on top of the wood. I called again and they sent someone BACK out to look at it - this time I made sure I was home to go over it with him (it was the same guy who did the power washing) - he agreed it looked bad and that it seemed like the people who applied the sealer used the end / bottom of the bucket and that it needed to be fixed. That it was an oil based sealer and they should've used a water based sealer or something different. He then called his manager and told them that and he said that someone would call me to discuss what to do. No one called me by the end of the next day so I called back and was told someone would be in touch. The next day AFTER that, the same person who first came out to analyze it called me and said I needed to let it rain and wait a few days and it would get better. I said no, I had already done that, it had rained since it was applied and it still looked like oil was sitting on my deck and it looked horrible. His reaction? I told you not to get this in the first place. I was livid - the only thing he ever told me was that I wouldn't love the color. I only WISH the color was the problem. I STILL (several weeks later) have an oily film on my deck and one of the seams / joints where two sections of railing meet are now pulling apart from the guy not having a ladder and climbing up the side and pulling on them. He reiterated several times that he would do nothing else to help resolve the matter. And now I am STUCK with a horrible looking deck that I need to have re-power washed in the spring and sealed by a company who knows what they are doing. Absolutely awful experience - the ONLY reason I didn't give them an F is because there was a woman who answered the phone when I called who always tried to help me and get someone to call me back or to help resolve my problems. If it wasn't for her, they definitely would be an F.

    City Clean Inc
Great service. House siding is much cleaner now. No problems encountered. It took less time than I thought it would. This is a professional service with a truck dedicated to house washing and not some dude with a power washer from Home Depot. I will definitely hire them again when the house siding needs cleaning.

Crew did a fantastic job power washing our house.  They showed up on time and did a very professional and thorough job.  Gus was very prompt at giving me pricing and timing information by e-mail.  This is the second time we have used this company and have been very satisfied both times (gutter cleaning last year).  would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

ALL PAINTING & POWER WASHING, LLC
All Painting and Power Washing did a fantastic job from beginning to end.  Getting a free estimate was very easy.  We had an acceptable estimate within one day.  We were lucky enough to have the painting scheduled for the following week.  The painters arrived on time on Monday morning and spent the entire day patching and repairing the walls.  The 2nd day was sanding the areas that were repaired and painting the ceilings.  The 3rd and 4th days were steady painting (walls, trim, doors).  The crew arrived on time everyday, worked the entire time they were in our house.  They were extremely professional and polite and clearly have years of experience.  The finished product it beautiful!  We highly recommend Jeff and Suzanne All and their experienced crew of painters!

Purchased the Big Deal for house pressure washing, plus bonus service.  Dan Steele was quick to respond, and we scheduled the work to be performed on September 8.  The crew arrived promptly and began work.  The house had not been washed for several years, so there was a buildup of dirt and green slime.  When they were finished, the siding was thoroughly clean and white again.    I was home during the service and had the opportunity to interact with the crew.  Both guys were efficient, polite and personable. We were very pleased with the outcome, and will be calling on City Clean for future house washing.

Cliff used his ingenuity to figure a way to move the warped fence board into position so that it could be screwed to the post.  I think many people would have just told me that I needed to replace that fence panel.  He also kindly assisted me to clean the siding and get house numbers affixed.  I would definitely recommend him.

    B&B EXTERIOR CLEANING
I can't recommend him highly enough. I can't praise him highly enough. He's been doing it for years. He's so honest. He told me that I don't need to have my house power washed every year and I'm wasting my money and he's the one getting paid. He is so good. I'm getting ready to call him. I felt he was very reasonable. I think I found them in a local advertiser. I give him A's on everything. When he says he's coming, he comes. If for some reason he wouldn't be able to, he would call you. He's a good worker. There's nothing but A's on my book.
