I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance.  During the booking call, I specifically asked to not be placed with a specific aesthetician for my facial, as she had done a horrific job during my facial a few weeks earlier.
My appointment was scheduled for 10am.  I was supposed to have a 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial, and a pedicure as highlighted in the "Almost Heaven" package.  When I walked in at 9:45, I was told that the nail tech was not available, and that I could reschedule that portion of my package - though at the full (not discounted) price.  The receptionist then tried to up-sell me on other services that I told her several times I didn't want.  I finally went home, opting to return for the full package a few hours later.
When I returned at 1:45, I was not even greeted.  I was simply taken back to the changing room by the woman who I had requested not to have.  The only saving grace was it was a little better this time (though still not good), otherwise I would have given all F's.  This lady is flat out LAZY.  The first time I had her, she barely did anything to my face, and would leave the room for 10-15 minutes at a time.  For someone who is "experienced," she really needs to go back to school.  This time she asked if I wanted water when she was done.  I pointed to the chair, and asked if she could bring me my water bottle.  She walked out of the room without "hearing me."  Oh well.  At least this time she only left for one 15 minutes clip.
The next place I went was the massage.  I was about 10 minutes into my massage when there was a knock on the door.  I had a switch of massage therapists because the receptionist mishandled a booking appointment.  Shocker.
When I left there, I went to get my pedicure.  They had been nice enough to call someone in for the day (they claimed they had 5 nail techs; 4 were on vacation and one had a family emergency).  This would have been great - if I could have continued to relax.  Unfortunately, this is where things REALLY went downhill.
The receptionist walks in and asks if I felt better, as I was visibly irritated in the morning.  She commented that she "couldn't believe that the 'girl next door had such an attitude."  She then asked if I was a cancer (zodiac), and when I told her I was, she said, "yep, it's a mark of that sign.  They're very emotional."  For the rest of my time I was getting a pedicure, she continued to probe into my personal life.  When I asked her how she was (in an effort to deflect from me), she told me that she was having a horrible day, and couldn't wait to leave.  She then started complaining about how much she hated a bunch of different things, and wanted to go home.
A spa should be a relaxing place, but instead it was exhausting and irritating.
I have been going to this place to celebrate my birthday for the past 5 years. Mark my words, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

Vita Revive has a calming environment. I had a seaweed wrap and facial. My provider was very pleasant and professional.
At the end of my treatment I was provided with additional recommendations for de-stressing at home as well as recommendations for future visits.

average experience from start to finish. making appointment was easy, hand massage was average, stones massage was below average. I've had a hundred massages, around the world, and this one was easily not remarkable. Price was good, and I was hopeful. I'm still looking for a better massage therapy facility in the area that does not over-charge for their environment while giving only mediocre treatment.

Appointment was for a hot stone massage or "Hawaiian Rapture". It was 75 minutes of pure special treatment. Masseuse was on time, Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Treatment was excellent. Following the massage I was escorted to the relaxation room where i was served a brownie and chilled apple cider. A warm neck wrap was placed around my neck as well. Can't wait for my next visit.

Appointments are needed. I made appointments for specific services for each of us. We were asked to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our appointments. We did. We were ushered back to the change room/locker room. We were provided lockers, nice thick robes and rubber slippers in our sizes. Then we're asked to sit in the lounge area with dimmed lights, soothing music and water with cucumbers or lemons. Then we were called by our massage therapists and led back to the massage room. Each massage therapist spent time asking questions about our health, reason for today's visit and recommended oils. The massages were excellent. I had a 75 minute Hawaiian Rapture which is a hot stone massage. Following the massage, the masseuse wrote up a report about what was observed and recommendations for special oils, treatments and follow up. Then we were each led back to the lounge area with a warm neck wrap. Warm brownies, wine or chilled water are offered. We were felt totally pampered and relaxed.

I've been to Lynn's day spa seven times total. The first 6 times I went the techs (masseuse and facialists) were great. Yesterday, however I had a facial with Lena and a massage with Marina there and both sessions were ATROCIOUS. Please avoid this place - they encourage you to pay in cash with coupons and low prices but if you actually have a problem the owner Shannon is condescending, rude and refuses to help. Check out the reviews on multiple places - yelp, google plus, city search, even the better business bureau has registered complaints! Go somewhere else! Their bathroom is absolutely filthy as well.
During the massage I had to ask 4 times for the tech to avoid my lower back area and she kept going back to it (I've had 2 back surgeries and am cleared for massage but prefer to avoid that area). I also had to ask another 3-4 times for her to stop digging painfully into my body. All in all she seemed very untrained, miserable and unable to hear my concerns. I've never had to redirect a masseuse that many times for a one hour session! I certainly didn't get my money's worth and it was an unpleasant experience.
For the facial the tech was DIGGING into my face for the extractions to the point where I needed to put neosporin on my face 3x later that day and evening. I've never experienced such painful extractions in my life and I've been to a few different places, not just this one. When I left I had painful bumps and volcanos all over my face and was even bleeding in a couple of areas! The worst part was that she only did 1/3 of the extractions and only spent 5 minutes doing them. Very very subpar service.
Even worse was the fact that the rude and condescending manner of the manager/owner Shannon who refused to do anything to make this right (not even a small $20 credit towards another session after spending hundreds there over the past few months). She haughtily informed me that I'd "only" been 5-6 times in the past few months and made it known that if I had a problems she would have to "penalize" the techs in order to even give me a credit. Very backwards business model. There's no incentive for the employees to admit what actually happened if they have to pay for their own mistakes, ugh. She asked nastily why I'd tipped if the service was that bad. That's a good point. I'm so used to tipping 20% and I had the money prepared ahead of time so I handed it over instead of having a discussion right there with the manager. Not that that would have helped - check the other review sites to verify that Shannon never helps with client concerns.

I tried The Pearl for the first time for my 15 year old daughter who needed her eyebrows waxed last minute. They were able to squeeze us in even though we hadn't been there before and the lady who did the waxing was wonderful with my daughter. The person at the front desk who checked us in couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming. She even offered my 9 year old son a brownie and she offered tea to me while we waited in the main lobby. Upon check out - the person at the register wasn't very friendly and didn't even look up at first. However, the first person that helped us (and offered the brownie - which he ate and loved) came out from the back and immediately checked us out. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning.

The appointment went well. I've been to Oasis before so I knew the drill. I had also received massages from the therapist before so I knew her well enough (Fenny). On this visit I was getting multiple treatments, I think the reflexology was in the middle or at the end... and it was AWESOME! I've always enjoyed the reflexology portion of pedicures.. and this was all of that but even longer and more involved. It was really nice, I'm totally going back for more. I think it was the first time I've ever almost fallen asleep on the table :)!

VONDRIA ARRIVED ON TIME WITH A MASSAGE TABLE AND ALL THE LINENS, ETC.  SHE SET UP AND WE STARTED.  SHE EVEN PROVIDED MUSIC.  THE MASSAGE WAS A DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE AND WAS VERY GOOD.  SHE REGULARLY ASKED IF THE PRESSURE WAS TOO MUCH OR IF I HAD SOME MUSCLE GROUP IN PARTICULAR THAT I WANTED HER TO WORK ON.  SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. SHE HAS STRONG HANDS AND WAS ABLE TO GET DEEP TO WORK OUT STIFFNESS AND SORENESS. WHEN IT WAS OVER SHE PACKED EVERYTHING UP IN HER VEHICLE AND WAS ON HER WAY LEAVING ME RELAXED AND FEELING WELL.  IT WAS A VERY GOOD MASSAGE AND VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.  I HAVE SINCE SCHEDULED OTHER MASSAGES WITH HER AND SHE CONSISTENTLY DELIVERS EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
