    Everything was done professionally and efficiently. We had to put our things into storage for a couple weeks before moving into the new house, which meant we were moving twice, but the good news is they came in under the estimate as the movers worked quickly. Price was fair for each move (note: we made sure to prepare as much as possible by taking apart beds and packing all boxes). They also took good care with wrapping the furniture to keep it safe. We had hardwoods in both the old and new house and they made sure to protect them. Even our cheaper Ikea pieces came through without issue. Our furniture and goods were in good shape, nothing broken. Satisfied with the service and would use again.

    American Kitchen Concepts, Inc. inspired confidence from the very beginning. Dan Millard worked with a committee from the church to develop a design that made the most of our small space. He was very responsive to all our concerns and addressed them immediately. The results were absolutely amazing and admired by everyone in the church. The cost was a bit more than we were hoping to pay, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and we now have a kitchenette that we are proud to show off!

    I hired Any Assembly/United Services Experts for the jobs. There were two men, who worked very efficiently and quickly to complete all jobs. The door does need a knob with the flange part, which was missing from the one I had purchased so the door was hung but without a knob. The kitchen cabinet doors needed different size hinges from the ones I had purchased. Ion showed me what hinges I would need to purchase and offered to go to Home Depot to pick up what was needed. I am planning on some additional work to be done very soon, including placing the door knob and missing hinges and I will definitely hire them again. They did a great job, showed up within the agreed time frame and are reasonably priced.

    The service was excellent, and I like the furniture (from three different purchases), but the delays in getting the furniture were unreasonably long; I was given an estimated delivery time of 6-10 weeks and it took 20. While the delays were probably caused by the supplier, they are still delays which affect me as a customer, and this is the second time I have had long delays. I will continue to purchase furniture from them, but only if I can tolerate a long wait. The store staff was helpful. I wanted to buy bookcases which matched the ones I had bought three years ago for the same room. They found my previous order and helped me choose the right model. When I had not heard anything for three months, I called the store to check on the status. They contacted the manufacturer, learned that there had been a delay, and told me they would waive the delivery charge. I called back again later, and was told that my bookcases had been made but had somehow not gotten onto the delivery truck. When the delivery to the store was finally scheduled, they called to let me know that it would arrive in the next week, which it did, and I scheduled delivery to my home for a few days later. I asked for one additional concession, having them remove the remains of the old bookcases for free; they agreed but asked me to take them apart myself, which I did. (The haul-away would otherwise have been an actual cost to me, caused by the delay. I had planned to take the remains to the county landfill when I made a trip there a month ago, but the old bookcases were still needed until the new ones arrived, so I would have had to make an extra trip to the landfill.) The delivery staff showed up on schedule for the delivery, and that went fine; they installed the bookcases and took away the remains of the old bookcases,.

    The purchase process went swimmingly. No pressure from the sales people while I looked. When I had questions, they provided good answers. Prices were competitive and I liked the idea of them being a local business. Delivery was on time and the installers were wonderful. The only unexpected expense was $40 for a new water line for the fridge to replace a less than sturdy one originally put in. So, that was a worthwhile expense. I admit I had a little trepidation after reading some reviews elsewhere, but this could not have gone smoother from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

    We bought a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, and wall-mounted range hood all together. Terry Lane, who coordinated the process and helped us choose appliances, was extremely efficient -- we got nearly everything done within an hour. He also gave us ideas on choosing from among types of appliances, advice that we had not seen anywhere else (such as the disadvantages of double ovens). He also filled out three different rebate forms that made a difference in our overall costs. Of course, the company pushes extended warranties...

    The entire project went smoothly and quickly. Mr. Rain is personable and a good listener whose experience and knowledge becomes clear as he asks questions, presents options and gives "advice." His helpful tips for fabric selection and sources saved us money. He was punctual and professional for the visits and had pleasant conversation during the measuring, cutting and fitting. The time between cutting and final fitting/installation was as promised. The quality of fit and finish more than met our expectations and the price was competitive. We look forward to working with him again.

    I called the phone number listed for Van Sant Plumbing and Heating and the call was answered by BGE Home. It seems that Van Sant is now owned by BGE Home. So this is really a review for BGE Home (Van Sant was not involved - the sale and installation were carried out by BGE Home organizations separate from Van Sant). I discussed my water heater problem with a BGE Home representative on the phone and she assisted me in deciding which of several models of heaters would be the best replacement for our house. The price she quoted was reasonable for both the water heater and the installation and she was able to schedule the installation for about 36 hours later - she also gave me a 3 hour window for the installation crew to arrive so I wouldn't have to be home all day waiting. The two installers called me near the beginning of the 3 hour window and arrived about 30 minutes later - very punctual. They covered the floor to avoid messing up the rug, drained the old heater and removed it, and then brought in the new heater and installed it. After explaining the operation to me they cleaned up and left. All in about 2 hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was very happy with the entire process. The water heater is working perfectly.

    From the very first meeting, I knew I had found the right person for the job. Efrain assessed the damage and recommended cleaning both pieces and using a clear varnish on them.
