  This is the third time we have worked with Rene and Renaissance Restoration. Rene and his guys are a pleasure to work with, and they do high quality work. Work performed included: Repairing and painting walls in kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry room Replacing track lighting with pendant lights with dimmer Power washing and painting large front porch floor and steps Replacing and painting a casement basement door. Rene is very accommodating with schedule, shows up when he says he'll be there, responds quickly to questions, and he and his team do beautiful work. We will definitely continue to look to Rene next time we need any carpentry, painting, or repair work.

  Very well indeed. Carlos was responsive, quick with a visit and quote, flexible (my plans changed). The work was started excactly when we had agreed, and the team finished early. No mess, no fuss. Very, very satisfied. Would definitely hire again.

  Complete Enhancement, LLC

  He was very professional at first and came out to survey the area and assured they would not close up the ceiling without checking to make sure the noise was eliminated. What was supposed to be a one-two day job had me displaced from my bedroom for three weeks. Over five men came in and out over the course of a week and a half. They conducted all of their wood prep work in my house and did not cover my room to protect it from paint and dust. As a result it was so dusty and paint got on my furniture and pillows. They broke a perfume bottle which seeped into the carpet and was so strong that I had to air out the room for days. They left my bedroom in shambles and it took the owner days to get someone here to clean up. I eventually booked my own cleaning service. They never checked for the noise before closing the ceiling and the noise continues to this day. The Comolete Enhancement owner then changed his assessment of what the cause of the noise was and determined it was a different expensive job that would fix the problem. Needless to say we did not reemploy him.

  After they initially said the job was complete, a number of visible edges around doors and windows looked sloppy and amateurish. It also appeared to me that they did not sand areas that should have been sanded, and I was unsure whether they had sanded anything at all. I give them a lot of credit for returning to address these issues. Unfortunately, however, even after their corrective work, some of the original problems remain.

  American Bath LLC

  Hire these guys. Seriously. We got quotes from 5 different places for our job and American Bath provided a better price than most, with the significant bonus that their price included the purchase of most of the equipment we'd need. They don't have a showroom so they don't have to include that overhead in their pricing, and you are free to purchase from wherever you see fit. They're extremely responsive and helpful in making sure you are fully prepared for the installation. Their quote was logical and detailed so we understood exactly what services they would provide. When it came time to actually do the installation, we were amazed by how CLEAN our house stayed--we never had a problem with dust or footprints or anything that required any cleaning on our part. They were always on time and were *fast*, completing our entire job in 3.5 days. The quality of the work is really impressive--everything is sealed in silicone, they took extra time to pattern the tile and select the individual variations that would look best together, and even went out of their way to acquire special grout that would blend in perfectly. I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with from American Bath--this was a low stress, affordable, even *pleasant* experience that has resulted in an incredibly beautiful bathroom that will last us for many years.

  SMITHWRIGHT HOME IMPROVEMENT SERVICES, LLC

  Smithwright was excellent.  I found Smithwright on Angie's List.  I own a rental property in College Park and wanted to prepare it for sale.  Over a six month period, I engaged Smithwright to fix many cosmetic and minor structural items.  Bill Smith was perfect for the job; he worked independently, helped me identify things that needed to be done; communicated what the expected expenses would be, and when things went over provided detailed explanations.  Best of all, he worked great with the tenants and got all the work done on the schedule I wanted to put the house on the market.  I was able to put my complete trust in him, and he delivered.  Thanks Bill!!!

  Premier HomePro

  After interviewing three remodeling companies I chose Premier Home Pro because they could start the soonest, were the best price and I felt would do a good job.  Also the estimate was "complete" and the other companies wanted me to supply additional items - like kitchen cabinets. 
  The project involved putting in an egress window with drain system and pipes going through to my sump pump, moving a wall with plumbing, hvac and electric, sound proofing and new ceiling, framing a bedroom and kitchen, putting in new cabinets, granite countertops, laying new flooring, carpeting and framing out stairs, putting in access door for storage, running cable and phone lines, putting additional heating in wall, new lighting, new doors and painting walls and stairway.  The contractor, Brian Matthews was very easy to work with and flexible when I requested some changes or modifications.  He offered up some suggestions that I hadn't thought of.  Living in an older house there are usually some surprises or unanticipated problems - so when they came up Brian handled them quite smoothly and without much adjustment or sometimes none to my total bill.  There was no nickel and diming which I have run into  with other companies.  He paid alot of attention to detail and gave me some things that I didn't expect.  His men were knowledgeable, respectful and hard working and have all been with him for many years.  They also cleaned up everyday when they were done.                                                                                                                                                                                    
  The renovation turned out better than I expected.  I now have a very comfortable, modern apartment with beautiful floors, cabinets and granite countertops.  I would not hesitate to hire Premier Home Pro for any future renovations.

  I hired Tony Touch to paint and carpet the first floor of my house. How did it go? Absolutely GREAT.!!!
  The price was right.  Anthony and his crew are professional yet friendly as well as on point  and on time.
  The work they did was perfect.  I sent pictures to my friends and they responded with comments like wow and awesome.  Would I hire them again? OH YES! in fact they are coming tomorrow to paint the exterior of the house.
