    Best Landscape & Construction
There were a couple snafus at the beginning but only because of equipment failure. Once that was fixed they were off and running. The work was completed within a timely manner just as Abel promised. He kept me aware of any issues they came across while I was at work. Sending me photos of a wire I had no idea was present and also old pipes. The guys came in a worked hard in extreme heat to complete the job on time. Everything turned out perfect and I can't thank him enough. It's nice to step out onto a beautiful patio and walk easily to my garage now instead of skipping stone paver to paver like frogger on an uneven surface. Fantastic work Abel! Thank you!

    R D M Landscaping Services Inc
I chose RDM Landscaping out of the 4 contractors I had bid on the job. Ray was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would do very well. He left me with the impression that they would do a quality job and not cut any corners which is why I chose RDM over a couple lower priced bids. Work is completed now and I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the steps, railing, and wall. Ray is a really nice guy, helpful, very knowledgeable about his business, explains things well, and they do good work. The one negative of the experience was that at one point Ray did not return my texts for 3 days and another time for 2 days. It was raining almost every day which was delaying the project and I requested updates. I read a couple other reviews from people who had a hard time getting in touch with Ray so I got a bit worried. In the end, when the weather got better, they came and completed the job. I spoke to Ray frankly about the need to improve his responsiveness because it could really hurt his otherwise great business. I hope they improve in this area. On the plus side, besides the well done finished project, Ray helped out with a couple small things that were outside the scope of work which I greatly appreciated. They filled a gap on the bottom of our concrete front porch and he also noticed that a corner on the side of our house where the chimney jutted out was collecting water so they added some concrete to divert the water. After power washing the new steps they also power washed the back concrete patio. Overall, I am happy with my choice and I have already hired RDM again to do some tree trimming.

    Capital Paving Construction
Nick and his crew were awesome. They showed up earlier and got started right away. Both driveways had to be graded down, backfilled with gravel and asphalted. They did everything they said they were going to do. They even went above and beyond with the dirt that was removed from both driveways and placed it in the back yard were we are having problems with low spots and pounding of water. Not only did they place the dirt in the back yard, but they even graded it out for free! They did an excellent job on both driveways. We couldn't be happier. They answered all our questions and concerns. Their cleanup after the job was perfect. I would highly recommend Capital Paving and Contractors. They do EXCELLENT work.

    M Taylor Enterprise
I'd like to begin by saying if anyone reading
this review has basement water issues, you can't do better than M.Taylor
Enterprise LLC for price, job quality, and timeliness of your project's
I began my remodeling plans with one job in
mind. My basement bathroom was the last room in the house that needed
remodeling. Before seeking bids I'd decided I'd better test for mold as I'd had
water issues for many years in my downstairs basement bathroom from my home's
    foundation settling.
In addition to that, the concrete that was
laid across the front of my house to stop water from getting in, was now
failing after perhaps 20 years, and water was now getting in as a result of the
    foundation settling in the front.
The mold test came back positive both in the
bathroom and in my living room as a result of the new problem at the front of
my house. My one job now turned into 4 as I couldn't remodel my bathroom before
doing a mold remediation. And I couldn't do the mold remediation until I
finished the waterproofing of the basement.
All the basement waterproofing companies that
came out said I'd need to rip out my kitchen counter, drywall, sink and
cabinets as their waterproofing solution called for ripping out all these
things. This meant a partial kitchen remodel as well.
    The bathroom remodel was
about 7 to 8K. The mold remediation was from 8 to 10K, and the waterproofing
bids ran from 9 to 13k. To get my kitchen back up to par would have been
another 2 to 3K. I wasn't sure what to do. This was all cost prohibitive and I
    couldn't afford it.
These bids were all for doing the
waterproofing from the inside and not the outside, and they all said doing it
from the outside would be far more expensive. The company that gave the 13k
quote actually started out at 17K. The price dropped 4K in the span of 15
minutes. Needless to say, I didn't appreciate that. I saw through the cheap
sales tactics as I'm in sales as well. Enter Matt Taylor and his brother. They
were a breath of fresh air.
Each time I showed the now failing original
concrete work at the front of the house to the assortment of waterproofing
companies that came out to provide bids, they all smirked. Explanations were
provided why having concrete there wasn't a good idea. In other words, they all
went for the jugular. It turned out to be like overhauling an engine before
checking to see if the spark plug was the problem.
Matt and his brother's solution was to lay a
slab of concrete at the front and rear of the house. It made perfect sense to
me. It actually made dollars and sense as their solution saved me about 13K,
and it stopped me from going into debt as I was considering financing options
    for the13k waterproofing bid.
Matt and his brother went over and above. They
did some extras such as connecting my downspout in the back that was not
operational. They also disconnected another downspout and reconnected it to
make it shorter as it was far too long, and would eventually develop blockages
    and further potential problems.
    M. Taylor Enterprise LLC gets an A plus in my
book. Their straightforward, no BS approach, pricing, job quality and
timeliness of completion should make them the first choice on anyone's list for
waterproofing issues and masonry work. They understand what long haul business
thinking is, and that if you treat the customer well, the money will follow. I
    can't thank them enough.
    Sincerely, Joel Lerner

Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and North PG
Excellent job including the unexpected repair of an adjacent exterior water pipe and hose bib needed to complete the work. I was given an estimate, which matched the cost of the work. Even the additional service barely raised the cost because the serviceman was already at the property. I also cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN the property was left - it was impressive. The prices are higher than competitors, but you absolutely get what you pay for with this company. I would call Mr. Handyman again any time!

    Margaaa Remodeling
I could not be more satisfied by margaaa services. They completed this extensive work in about 3days. Their response was prompt. They exercised cleanliness while doing work inside my house. They were very diligent to make sure that this problem would not reoccur. They made sure to follow up with me to see if I was satisfied with the end results. I will further more always use margaaa services for any type of disaster or cosmetic work that needs to be done in my house.

    Bonn Group America, LLC
The work was done in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the overall results.
At the end of each work day they left the work site clean and they were careful not to damage any of our plants and shrubs.
We would use the Bonn Group again in the future and would also recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

    M Taylor Enterprise
I could NOT have been more pleased with Matt, Brad, and their entire team.  They went above and beyond my expectations, knowing I was in "panic" mode!  The cinder blocks in my basement had shifted to the point of no return!  They literally took down two outside walls while the house was jacked up and rebuilt them.  They dug out the terrible clay ground surrounding the house and along with rebuilding the walls, rebuilt the stairway leading to the basement outside entrance as well as the retaining wall that was shifting, also due to the clay dirt surrounding the house.  These repairs took a long time, but the job is beautiful!
If anyone needs waterproofing, cinder walls rebuilt, concrete work, these are the guys to call!  They are WONDERFUL.

    JP General Construction
Jaime originally  came over in the pouring rain to look at my drainage problem, which turned out to be a good idea.  That way we were able to catch all the bad areas.  I had several questions and concerns which I would email back and forth.   I have to say Jaime was very quick at  getting back to me with answers.
The guys worked hard and did a good job and it took most of the day.  They actually hand dug the trenches so they wouldn't run into "surprises" in the yard.  (Turned out, there were surprises, old water pipes.)
The job has a very professional look to it and even the neighbors have commented about how neat it looks.
Jaime was easy to work with and gave me a good product.

Works arrived 15 minutes (7:45 am)early on appointment day, and immediately got to work.
By 3pm that day, new patio was complete,  They came back the next morning, removed all
equipment and replanted some grass seed where they had dig things up.

New patio looks great and properly drains away from the house.

We are very happy with the work done and finished product.  Would highly recommend the Lanhan Construction team.
