  • That's how good he is. He gets an A in every respect or an A+. He is wonderful. He's very fast and he responds...he gives you an idea if you have to wait; if you need it really soon. He always tells you right up front. You can leave the keys with him. He calls ahead and let you know the job is done. He has a coupon offer that comes out very often. It's always been more than a satisfactory experience with him.

  • I am usually very particular about where I have my cars serviced.  I usually avoid this service station, even though I live around the corner from it.

as a result of a series of unforeseeable events, I wound up getting all four tires on my van replaced at this service station.  before I went to the service station, there was nothing wrong with my car except that it had four tires that needed to be replaced.

as soon as i got the car back from them, my low tire pressure light was on, which it was not before.  to make a long story short, when they replaced my tires, the mechanics broke three of my tire pressure sensors.  I took the van to the dealership to confirm that the sensors were broken and there wasn't some other problem.

to replace the sensors will cost close to $500.  the dealership recommended what I already knew, that it was the service station's responsibility to replace the sensors.

when I went back to discuss the situation with the lady at the counter (the owner's wife), she began yelling and accusing me of coming in with the sensors already broken.  she refused to admit that they had broken the sensors and to replace them.  this after she had yelled at my wife two days earlier when she went to pick up a tire that had already been paid for.

she kept insisting that her mechanics were experienced and knew how to replace tires.  I don't doubt that at all, but the fact remains that they broke my sensors and she refused to do the honorable thing and fix the problem they caused.

as I stated earlier, I usually avoid this service station because I have seen their shoddy work and extremely poor customer service.  there are plenty of other honest mechanics in the area (I frequent several of them for regular maintenance and service).  I will never go back to this place of my own will.

  • They are by far all A. The technicians there are very well educated. They really know their stuff. They're honest. I have always gotten excellent service. there. They have a shuttle service that will pick me up and take me to work. They are certainly customer service oriented.

  • The mechanic is excellent and honest. If you don't need work done, he would never do it. I highly recommend him. We always go to them. I'm very happy with them. I've not had a bad experience with them.

  • They are prompt and do a good job and are professional. Their prices are a little high, but even they state that on their website.
Overall, since they do good work I suppose the prices are fair. I would use them again in the future.

  • My experience in dealing with Cory and his mechanics has only ever been positive. He does a great job of explaining what is wrong with your vehicle--physically showing you on the car if you want or taking pictures if it isn't possible to see up close yourself. He always gives multiple options on fixing issues if they exist ("here's the cheap way to do it if you're short on cash, or you can fix the full thing").
Several times I've gone to other nearby shops to get estimates, and every time he has been the best priced (when I had body work done, his estimate was 1/3 the cost of a big shop down the street). He doesn't jack up the cost of the part (he tells you exactly how much it is), and I've never seen him fabricate a problem with a car.
I love that his office is your office, and that there are windows looking into the shop so you can see what's happening. He works hard to build an attitude of honesty and openness with his business, and when it comes to a mechanic, I really value that.
I've never had a mechanic I trust as much as Cory. Highly, highly recommend.

  • They are a great company and I was extremely satisfied with their service. They were extremely helpful and saved me quite a bit of money over a quote I had gotten from an auto dealership. When I took it to them, they did their own diagnostics on the vehicle and ended up fixing another problem that was causing the initial problem that the dealership had recommended I have. The part would have cost me upwards of $3000 or $4000, but he was able to repair it at a substantially less amount. However, I think he was a little more ambitious than reality. He thought the car would be ready sooner than it actually was, but I don't necessarily hold him to account for that. I told him to take his time and make sure that things are dong right.

  • I recieved Outstanding service from Mr. Joe Harris which is an Lexus Master Certified Consulant.  He treated with professional service I had to write in.  For all Lexus owners who need their car service.  I highly recommend you see Mr. Harris.

  • I've always been satisfied with their service. I had oil change with them for the past six years, bought my current vehicle from them and they have a great relationship with Subaru so they were able to get me parts and service on a very rapid basis, a rapid turn around for that. They have really good service, definitely know their customers. Their pricing is high because it's a dealership. I trust them a lot so I'm willing to pay all the extra.

  • I like them. They are pretty good. The only thing is that they are slow. I dislike the fact that they were so busy. I think it was a Sunday and there were lots of people there; they couldn't help that though. I like that they are very friendly. I would tell others that it's a good place to go to, but maybe they should go on off times like weekday mornings rather than Sundays and Saturdays. They are very customer friendly.
