The estimate had to be revised because the trim on my 40 year-old house couldn't be replicated in terms of color. I received a prompt re-estimate, accepted the very reasonable price, and the work was completed quickly. I couldn't be happier with the work product. RM Banning is just a fine organization to work with. Three years prior, RM Banning replaced my entire roof, and did quality work then. AI recently had two closets combined into one larger walk in area for a kitchen pantry. I got estimates from multiple vendors. Eco-Nize had a similar estimate to another vendor, but their timeline for getting the installtion done was one month SOONER than the other vendor. Everyone from Eco-Nize was extremley professional and friendly. I told the designer what I was looking for and he produced a 3D design and worked with me to get the design right. 5 weeks later the installers came in and installed everything in a couple hours. The quality of the materials is excellent. The designer and installers were very professional. I like that the company is family owned and local to the area. I would absolutely recommend Eco-Nize and I would use them again.

AThey were at all times responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The price was very competitive and the work was done on time and exceeded expectations. They even hauled off the old shutters which was not part of the original contract. Could not have been more pleased with them and would use them again on any roofing or gutter projects.

AWe have used Paulanne at Exquisite Designs for two large-scale remodels in our home during the last five years. Initially we hired her for a complete kitchen remodel that included replacing all flooring on the first floor of the home and selecting paint colors for other rooms in addition to the kitchen area. Paulanne is an amazing resource. She was beyond attentive to any and all needs and concerns regarding the remodel. Every choice she made turned out to be wonderful. She kept in constant contact with the contractor to ensure that the remodel was completed in an efficient manner. Her help with cabinet, granite, flooring etc selection was invaluable. Last year we hired Paulanne for another remodel to a master bathroom, the creation of a new guest room, new blinds throughout the home, new carpet, new windows, and a custom walk-in closet among other things. Once again I leaned on her heavily and trusted her with the decisions I could not make – whether it was tile or paint or placement of structures. She managed several different contractors for us and her oversight could not have been better. I have recommended Paulanne to friends over the years – one of which has now hired her for the second time too – and will continue to do so. We cannot be happier with the end results of both of our major remodels.

AI had a stopped up toilet. I’ve had some experience with this issue, And ordinarily it’s no problem. I can fix it but this was different. When I called the office And explained my personal situation, they put me In touch with the owner, on his day off. He was on a boat in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay! He walk me through a process that worked. He thenanswered a number of follow-up questions Based on the layout of my house which he remembered from a visit to years ago! I asked him to be sure to send me a bill. He said no! I then called the office back to thank them, and ask them to send me a bill. They also said no! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

She started by showing a large variety of samples to choose from and was great with color/style advice. When the curtains came in, she was back promptly and installed them.
