AWillis Builders IncWe asked Willis Builders to remodel our two bathrooms after they did a great job helping deal with water intrusion (upgrading to wider gutters, rearranging downspouts, installing a sump pump). Both jobs were overseen by Leo, who did great work and was extremely helpful when we discovered we'd forgotten something or didn't have enough of XYZ because the pandemic slowed shipping down. AKitchen SaverWe hired Kitchen Savers to help remodel our kitchen. After a few delays due to COVID-19, work got under way June 1st. Hasan the installer was awesome. He spent 5 days in a row with us doing demolition, resurfacing the cabinets, installing the new oven/microwave, crown molding, etc. Kitchen Savers was very professional and nicely orchestrated their subcontractors (Rock Tops for the countertops, electrician for the under cabinet lighting, plumber to install the sink and garbage disposal, etc.). We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final outcome. Even when we had an issue with one of the cabinet doors a few weeks later, Kitchen Savers sent out a workman to rehang the door with a double hinge and solved the issue free of charge. The only negative comment is that while Kitchen Savers works with subcontractors for certain things (i.e. countertops, etc.), that is where things end. So you have new cabinets and new countertops, but no backsplash. That's kind of crazy. If you want a backsplash or wall tile between the countertops and cabinets, you are on your own to fine another contractor. Likewise for flooring. This caused some issues as our floor contractor wanted to demo the floor before the cabinet work was done and we had to do a bit of juggling. It would have been nice to have one main contractor who organized and scheduled all the subs.- Daniel N.

AMr. Diaz was punctual and helpful. I had clear ideas of what I wanted done - which was a bit different from the standard. Mr. Diaz listened respectfully and carried out my vision. He offered suggestions but did not insist on doing it his way. The room is now dry and SO much warmer than it used to be. I would definitely hire again.

AI hired JCabido remodeling to remove my existing bathtub/shower and sink and replace with a standard tub with ceramic tile surround. They gave me an estimate and got me scheduled quickly. The workers showed up on time and got the job done just as scheduled. I was not sure on how the ceramic tile would look in my bathroom and Bernard helped me to select a tile that would go well for the size of the room. I could not be happier with how my bathroom turned out. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. This company is very professional and provides excellent customer service and quality of work. I plan to use J Cabido remodeling for future projects in my home.

AJavier and his team were fantastic! We had our master bath and another full bath completely gutted and remodeled, and not only did Javier come up with the most innovative designs, but this company also came in at the lowest price! We had a different team for each bathroom, both were very polite, communicative, and very knowledgeable in not only remodeling, but electric and other work. They cleaned up every day and we were never left with any messes in our yard or in the house. Javier was also very communicative and would let us know how each stage of the project was going and, one of his best qualities, was extremely easy to work with. Both bathrooms are gorgeous and for the price exceeded my expectations! All of the beautiful hand-cut porcelain tile and cabinetry and fixtures were well within our price range, which was low to mid-range. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!

AI have known Elohim for about 12 years. A friend of mine gave me his name when he rehabbed her investment property. At the time he installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, hardwood floors and painted the whole house on the inside. She was so happy so happy with his work and he charged her less than the original, formal agreement. Soon after that I needed to install a bathroom in a large room in my home. Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years. Elohim and his crew cleaned everything up, installed hardwood floors, painted the place, installed a deck. I rented the place to new tenants in about 3 weeks. Elohim is a very skilled electrician and plumber. The person who would engage him would be very fortunate.

It was a challenging space that needed many renovations, but thanks to Luis and his Ajanel Construction company, it has been rebuilt with modern materials. Now it looks fantastic. His work is worth the price, which is fair. He and his detail-oriented team worked quickly and efficiently to cover all of the bases.

FI thought it was well just to realize the next day that work was horrible and I have pictures to prove it. Roof don’t align didnt use all screws. Door coming apart and it was installed less than a month. Let me just say he was learning as he was reading the shed manual. As a professional if u see something is not right like the base is not level let the owner know that’s your job/ your profession. And he lied he will come back and fix it after blaming me. But no thanks I don’t want him back. Just high bigger company with Real experience. Very disappointed but lesson learned.
