AAmerican Home Contractors IncAHC, Inc did a very thorough job walking our roof and finding areas that required caulking; replacing loose nails and shingles. The technician Austin Bunnell, as a total courtesy, removed the base to an old satellite dish that was never taken down.. He then caulked that area for us. Great customer service was provided and care taken to respect the household (protective face mask and shoe covers were worn). A very good value at $149.00- James J.

AMoss Building & DesignMy overall experience with Moss was great. Bob (project manager) and Kristen (designer) were both key to its success. We had some challenges with permits and scheduling (especially at the end), but everyone was communicative. The quality was exactly what I wanted, and they listened to my requests and did their best to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. APrudent HomesI am very impressed with the work that David and his assistant from Prudent Homes performed in our basement. They completed the work in one day on two different occasions and it was a fairly large insulation project. They had to use 2 different types of insulation. David explained all work to be done upfront and provided an estimate which was very fair. They were polite, knowledgeable and very clean in the areas where they performed work. You would not have known they were in our house. Also, they arrived at our house at the exact time they stated on both occasions. We have had problems with other contractors in the past with this issue. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and family.- Bonnie C.

AChose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences. Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and dedicated on-site construction lead technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team. Every day, they cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. Showed respect for our space as if it were their own. Completed project on-time and within budget as promised. Highly recommend the KBR team and would rehire them in a minute!

AAlthough we wound up going with a different contractor, the folks at City Renovations were fantastic. They were very responsive, checked in to see if we had questions, and their process for allowing customers to monitor jobs seemed top-notch. Mike and Simone were both wonderful. Although we did not use City Renovations this time, we are keeping them at the top of our list for future renovations as well as smaller jobs.
