AAROCON Roofing & ConstructionThis company is fantastic. From their customer service reps ( Brittany is so friendly!) to their technicians (Mikey and Will). They were very easy to communicate with, both thru text, email and phone. Very prompt. They even called to offer a sooner date for service due to cancellations. We ended up having to reschedule due to high wind, but they still came out just to double check it wasn't possible, called me from the van to let me know they would need to reschedule. Brittany called to book the new appointment within an hour and they were able to still do the service the same week. Mikey and Will were the technicians who did the service. They were very polite, very good at explaining the entire process, and wore their masks the entire time. They showed before and after pictures of everything they did, plus emails me copies of everything. They were great at explaining extra services ( such as we had an old satellite dish removed) and offering their annual protection program without it being a pushy sales thing. We did purchase their annual roof/gutter protection plan because the company was fantastic and we definitely want to continue to use them. High recommend!- Kathryn B.

AAmerican Home Contractors IncExcellent experience. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment, but that was my own fault for waiting until late in the fall to try to schedule gutter cleaning. The company was professional and reliable at every step, with excellent communication from the moment I made the appointment. I got a call the day before to remind me of the appointment, and then technician Mike G. called me about a half hour before he arrived to confirm that he was on his way. Mike was terrific--courteous and professional, and he followed all COVID protocols. He cleared a bunch of debris out of my gutters and explained to me exactly what the condition of my gutters and roof was. There was no attempt to sell me services I don't need (my gutters and roof are new and in good condition). He provided a written report documenting the condition of all aspects of the gutters and roof, as well as dozens of photos so that I could see for myself what everything looks like up there (thanks, Mike!). I will definitely call AHC for my next gutter service.- ELLEN F.

AJW Home ImprovementI have hired JWHI a couple of times before and they did great work. Their prices are not the lowest, but if you want the work done right the first time, they are the best. Alberto and Javier were an excellent and professional team. Alberto worked with me to prioritize the work involving gutter and drywall repairs and power washing. He offered excellent suggestions and communicated well throughout the project. While Javier was working inside on drywall repair he pointed out an area that appeared to have water damage. He was correct, and Alberto's master diagnostic skills found the source of one leak and then further testing uncovered another. I had another company make drywall repairs a couple of years ago, but they never looked for the source of the problem. The work done by Alberto and Javier was outstanding.- Linda W.

Fbathroom regrout I’m adding to my previous review. Jose stated he asked that the shampoos be removed because he did not “touch people’s things”. However, when I got home from work my bath mats were moved. I inquired about who moved them and was informed they were moved by Jose and/or his workers. So he did not want to touch my shampoos but moved my bat mats to put down his materials needed for the job.
