    I dropped my truck off on that Monday and was told that my car would be ready by that Wednesday. It was not ready until that Thursday.  I was upset about it not being ready when stated.  When I went to pick up my truck I was able to meet the owners.  Once I met them I was impressed with them.  They were older gentlemen who knew what they were doing.  In addition, they were very apologetic about the time and wait.  I will most definitely use them again.

    They are a family owned business and they are really prompt and responsive.  They address all my concerts all the time.  They don’t tell you something that’s not there.  They are really friendly and they have a shuttle service, which is really helpful for me.  They can do inspections as well.

    We had been having numerous issues with our 2012 Honda Pilot where the vehicle shudders during braking and had a rough ride quality, discovered that Pilots have problems with the OEM Rotors and so Scott the Mgr explained the Pro's and Con's of replacing rotors vs turning the rotors, reasons to have wheels balanced and rotated, and also doing the 30K service required for a Honda Pilot. Dropped the Pilot off at 8am and was ready by 1PM. We now have tire balance and rotate for life. This the 2nd vehiclethat Wilson's in Germantown has worked on for us, the other is 2005 Acura TL and for both cars the service has been excellent and the Scott the Mgr has always been upfront with us on options for costs and always honest. We recommend Wilson Tire and Auto 19815 Frederick Rd., Germantown, MD 20876 to all of our friends and family.

    Jiffy Lube Service Center were excellent. I'm going to be using them again this week. I like them. they were professional, very courteous and they were in and out. They did a really nice job. They didn't over charge me, didn't try to sell me things, just pointed out some stuff that needed changing and they did a really nice job. I certainly will use them again.

    I brought my running spare vehicle to B&V repair and peformance in Damascus, Maryland for routine maintenance that I was very capable of doing myself, I just didn't have the time at that point. They told me the labor cost on the maintence would be a total of $700.00 since I was providing them the parts for the maintenance which I already had in my possesion. They never showed me the quotes, or presented me with a work order, nor did they ask for my signature, but they did ask for a $200.00 deposit which I payed for with my debit card. I explained to them that they would recieve the remaining balance of $500.00 once the maintenance was completed and I was satisfied with their work. They responded with "thats fine, don't worry we provide good work" . Please keep in mind I own 2 of these particular vehicles and I know my way around them quite well. I recieved a phone call later that week from them asking me to provide them with a part to complete the job. I provided them with the part the next day. The next week I recieved another phone call from them asking if I could assist them with knowledge on how to remove a few components to aid them in the job, at that point I knew I had made a huge mistake! I provided them with the knowledge they needed and proceeded to kick myself in the face! The following week I recieved yet another phone call from them stating the maintenance had been completed but the vehicle does not run. I responded with "I will be there in 30 minutes". When I showed up I asked if I could take a look at what they had done and they said yes. Upon my inspection I noticed that they had incorrectly placed 2 sensor connectors. I informed them that this was incorrect and needed attention. They immediately corrected the issue and proceeded to try and start my vehicle but failed again! At that point I was very upset because I had brought them a running vehicle and now it was not running which i expressed to them along with that I was uncomfortable with them asking me for tips on how to remove components from my vehicle to aid them in the job and that it was impossible for the vehicle to be in non running condition with the maintenance that had been performed unless they inaccurately performed the maintenance . They responded with "we will take it apart again and see where we made the mistake". Me being very patient I agreed but with no further cost to me for parts and labor other than the remaining $500.00 which was still owed upon completion of the maintence and my vehicle running which they agreed to. After 2 weeks I decided to check up on them so I showed up asking how everything was going and if they had an estimated time frame on when I should expect my vehicle back. They responded with this "at this point your vehicle is not a priority to us and we don't have an answer on when you will be getting your vehicle back". At that point I was furious and said to them "my vehicle has been here for approximately 3 months for maintence that should have taken 2 days maximum to complete, I've been extremely patient with this situation, you had the nerve to ask me for assistance to aid you in completing the work to my own vehicle for which I am paying you for, you have made my vehicle undrivable and non running, and now my vehicle is not your priority?!?!?". I requested to remove my vehicle from their facility and that I would like to be refunded my $200.00 deposit since they had done nothing but destroy my vehicle. They responded with "absolutly not! If you pay the remaining $500.00 you can take your vehicle" . I was shocked with their response and immediately said no!. I currently have the Maryland Consumer Protection involved and awaiting someone to take the case. They have my vehicle locked in their garage and threatened to put a mechanics lien on the vehicle for a total of $2500.00 which includes storage fees if they do not receive $500.00 by the end of business on 05/24/2013 . One of the employees even threatened to go buy 5 gallons of gasoline, poor it in my vehicle and let it burn and then add the cost of the 5 gallons of gas to the $2500.00 mechanics lien. ??? Please be advised that Maryland law states that any repairs that are performed on a vehicle with a cost $50.00 or more require a signature from the owner accepting the charges??? To this date I have yet to recieve a work order or sign a work order. I hope that this review will educate others and aid them in their research when choosing the right automotive repair facility.     The provider was very responsive to my need to have a broken water pump replaced on my car.  The work was excellent, and I found the service to be very satisfactory. 
    In the process of replacing the water pump, the antifreeze had to be replaced.  In the process of filling the system, Century flushed the system with antifreeze that cost $28 per gallon, and had to use several gallons to flush the enire system.  This added an additional cost to the repair that I had not anticipated.
    Nevertheless, I will continue to use this company for future repairs, as Century is a very reliable provider of auto repairs.

    We took my sons '95 Bonneville in to Burdette Brothers because it was making some unusual noise and wanted them to diagnosis the problem. Also asked to check on a few other things. When we picked up the car, I was delighted, probably more shocked, to see a total due of $95. I can't remember a time I paid so little to have a car fixed! The only negative is that and quot;the few other thingsand quot; we asked about were never addressed though they were listed on the ticket to be done. We were told to just bring it back another time. Hmm.

    I've been going to Marty Dover at Century Amoco for 19+ years. It's such a relief to have an auto mechanic that I completely trust. The team at Century Amoco, led by Marty, is completely knowledgeable and delivers a high-quality product. I agree with the other reviewer that this is Germantown's best-kept secret and I hesitate to tell it because I want them to still have time to take my business. I appreciate that Marty educates me about what is wrong with the car and what options I have. He is able to explain it in a way I can understand. This is the kind of old-school hometown service that is hard to find. It's people taking pride in their work... and, I appreciate it.

    Original estimated price for the work we thought we needed done: $1192

    I heard from them regularly while they had our car across two days.  The first day Bill called and explained that once they got in there it wasn't as bad as we thought so the price to fix the valve cover gaskets and parts and pieces (not sure of the terms here!) was $125 less than expected.  We also thought the motor on the driver window was bad, it wasn't, he got in and found out it was fine and the problem was the switch, that also cost less than the original quoted price.  They brought the car back to me when they were done and then picked it up the next morning from where I work to replace the windshield.  Had it back to me within 3 hours.  I've used this shop in the past, before I was an Angie's List member, and have been very happy with the experience.

    I have been using Auto Centro for years and their quality and professionalism has been unmached in all the years of owning a vehicle. An appointment is made and I drop off the vehicle early in the morning on the way to work. Once signed in I am driven to the metro down the road so I can continue to work. During the day I received a call with the recommended services. I got a call around 4 pm indicating the vehicle is ready. A listing of the service performed is explained as well as price. I then took the metro up to the Rockville station and once there call the the service desk and I am picked up soon there after.
