Jackie was amazing! Her vision and choices of color and the way she staged furniture in our townhome was terrific. Thanks to her, we had an offer that was $5000 over asking price in less than 30 days. I would highly recommend Jackie.

We got bids from a couple of companies and went with Heart 2 Heart based on all the great reviews and they were able to match competitor's pricing but offered more services. The move went great and we would definitely hire them again. I'm pretty sure they cared more about my items than I did, if that's even possible. They made sure everything was 100% protected and that includes my new floors & walls at our new house. They are problem solvers as we were dealing with contractor issues and they managed to make our move happen in a difficult situation. Moving is emotionally exhausting and to have the exiting home cleaned as part of the deal was such a relief. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate it until the time came.

The move went great.  The 4 guys showed up on time, even a little early.  They loaded everything into 2 trucks taking great care moving the furniture and the boxes that I had packed up.  They even had to remove doors to get my refridgerator and freezers out to the trucks.  They replaced all of the doors back to what they should have been.  They did give me a warning of when they were going to start loading up the refridgerators and freezer so that I would have time to pack them up.  They were able to load my house up in the 6 hours that they quoted.  The only shanfu came when thier truck broke down on the way to the new house.  They were able to get a tow truck to bring the broken down truck to the new house.  In the meantime, they all piled into the working truk and came over to start unloading.  We do have an intersting situation in that my mother-in-law was moving next door to her parent's house and we were moving into hers.  The movers were gracious enough to move her furniture over as well as move out some furniture in the rooms that my mother-in-law was moving into.  To end the night, we were swapping refridgerators and washer/dryers between houses, so they had to return to the original house (which is not on the market yet) to finish the swap.  Through it all, they wre cheerful and professional even at 12:30am when they had finished.

Overall I was very satisfied with Bob's performance.  He was very thorough and appeared to be interested in doing  a  good job. My wife and I are first time buyers and Bob was very willing to take a little extra time on the phone to walk me through the process. Also, he did a little extra research on the property and permits before even showing up to perform the inspection.
On site (on time) for both inspections he was very professional and quite willing to allow me to follow around and ask questions as the inspection went on.  On the first property he spotted some faulty structural repairs that tipped me off to get a contractor in before making any decisions and ultimately back out of a house.
His pricing may be a little high compared to other inspectors, but given the amount of amount of knowledge and thoroughnesshe brought to the table I would still call it good value.

I would like to start by saying at the time of this review we are still waiting a call back from Beltway Movers about the damage to our house (hardwood floors) and nordic track x9i series incline trainer (treadmill). During the quoting process my wife had informed the rep that we had the treadmill which would probably require some disassembly for the move. Needles to say when the movers arrived they refused to dissemble the treadmill at first and spent about 30 minutes to take it out the door before finally realizing it truly needed to be disassembled in order to fit out the door. This is where everything started to take a turn for the worst. They decided to only partially remove the top piece (stripping a screw) from the base but leaving it connected via the electrical wiring. They did not wrap the machine at all and now it looks like in was dropped on payment and slide across the parking lot (with all the scratches and bent pieces) but that is not even the worst part.

The worst part is when they arrived at our new house (which by the way was an hour and 35 minutes later (should have only taken 45 minutes with traffic going the speed limit)) they decided to carry in the treadmill with out laying down padding on the hardwood floors and dropped in causing several deep scratches in the floors and fronts stairs. At this time I would not recommend Beltway movers to any of my friends, family, colleagues, or fellow Angie's list users. I am hoping if we do receive a call back tomorrow that Beltway Movers will correct the problem by hiring a professional to repair our floor and stairs and replace our treadmill.

Mr. Belosi was very thorough and professional. Hurricane Sandy damaged electric lines on the outside of our house. He gave us several options for repairing the damage. Mr. Belosi also gave us a list of optional work to provide surge protection (we have frequent brief power outages in our area), lightning surge protection, hard-wired smoke detectors, GFI outlets in kitchen and bath and to remove and re-wire an existing sub-panel that was not "to code". The J&G Coupon offered to provide a 30 minute safety inspection but Mr. Belosi gave us at least an hour without complaining and at no additional cost. Mr. Belosi's attention to detail convinced us their work would be high quality and workmanlike. Our budget does not allow us to do all the work quoted at this time. We are re-thinking the scope of the work that must be done now. When we have a new 'Work List' we will give J&G an opportunity to submit another bid.

the sales person was not courteous, and beware of hidden costs, they will tell you one thing and the quote would be totally different. be sure to read the quote before the move, otherwise you will be totally shocked by the bill, just as i was. For a afew things in a move of 10min distance, the price was preposterous. The movers themselves were pretty good and professional. Personally i would not encourage my friends to use this service.

Bob was already there when we arrived, he was ready to work right away. We followed him throughout the house during the inspection, and he made sure we could see what he was talking about. This house was built in 1910, so the inspection was very important to let us know everything about this house, and that is what it did. Bob was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time o answer any questions that we had, and he anticipated some that we couldn't think of. I would definitely hire Bob again, and recommend him to anyone I know that needs an inspection done.
