  I was very pleased with my gutter cleaning service. I like the fact that Russel (Technician) took before and after photos of my gutters. He also cleaned up all the leaves that were removed from my gutters. He made a couple of suggestions but there was no strong push to sell me any other services. I would use this company again, based on my positive experience with this service.

  PROFESSIONAL GUTTER CLEANING

  While I did not use the service, if I could have used it I certainly would have. By way of background, I called the owner/manager and described the work to be performed, He immediately returned my call, and said he would review the property and get back with me. Within 24 hours he called, and apologized because he no longer serviced my area. I am writing this review to "give a shout out" for the responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism that he exhibited toward an individual that he could not serve. I can only imagine the quality of service that a customer would receive. Thank you.

  Excellent! Victor came and explained what he would be doing to the roof. Then got to work and the roof looked wonderful. He also re-attached a couple of pieces of loose siding and checked the gutters for debris. Victor is a delight to work with and I would call him again without hesitation -- A+.

  Mr. Jesus Franko responded promptly to our request for a quote. He The next day I received a call followed by an email written quote for windows and cleaning our walkway. The quote for the window cleaning was very good. A few days later I contacted Jesus and informed him that we had selected his company to clean our windows. He asked me if I also wanted them to clean the walkways, I said no, just windows. Jeasus asked when I wanted the work done, I was driving at the time and could not access my calendar and was told that he would give me options via phone. He did not call, I've called the office many times and told that they would get to me but they have not. He has not answered at all. Bad way to do business

  Bought a gutter tune-up special, there were a few problems initially with scheduling but everything was eventually worked out. My Technician Marc arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about gutters in general, provided pictures of gutters and recommendations to resolve some issues with my gutters.

  The process went very well. The technician arrived on time for the appointment. He introduced himself as Marc Burkett and told me the about the tasks that he was going to perform during the appointment. Marc took pictures of the house and then proceeded to go up on the roof and inspect and clean the gutters and perform minor adjustments. He also inspected the roof. After cleaning the gutters, he then cleaned the area (deck) of the debris that came from the gutters. He was very professional and after the job gave me the credit coupon toward future services and his business card. I would use this company again.

  The sales person was very detailed and covered all of the protections the firm has in place for their customers. Ultimately, they installed a beautiful roof. While not everything went according to plan, when I brought issues to their attention, they addressed them and apologized. That's really important to me and for that reason, I'd use them again!
