  We were in need of an updated garage door opener. The previous opener was loud, and the pully system seemed to be coming loose. The staff from Garage Door Nova made a recommendation for two types of openers and allowed us to choose which met our needs. (We wanted access on our phones.) On the day of service, the technician arrived promptly and completed service efficiently. Once installed, we were very pleased to have a new system that is almost silent when opening and closing the garage and that offers new, updated features.

  Excellent!!! They came and told me exactly what was wrong, fixed it, while adding the new sensors saw I needed new bolts at the door and repaired it without charging me. The tech was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!! I just purchased my new home, and my garage is better now than when I moved in 2 months ago. I like that they take the initiative to make sure your safe. He even took the time to show me how to use the garage if the power is out. I give them 10 stars����

  I thought the door and opener would need to be replaced. The wheel was reattached and the top of the door reinforced with a steel rod so the catch could be attached. All parts of the repair were explained as it happened. The garage door opener was repaired rather than replaced as the older model was better made than new ones. All in, I thought this was going to be a very expensive repair/replacement and it was not. All the problems were fixed in about an hour.

  I called on Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Whitehead, and he set the appt. time of 9:30am on Monday. Monday morning he never showed up or called. I tried to call his cell repeatedly but he never answered and his voicemail is full so I couldn't leave a message. Poor customer service. I am surprised this company got such good reviews on both Angie's List and Yelp.
