    Jonathan's arrived on time and went right to work spending 2hrs tuning a Kawai upright piano. Our niece, a Ph.D. student in Collaborative Piano, practices on the piano daily, and she finds the keys easier to strike and the sound quality much improved. She gives Jonathan's results an A+. Lastly, he offers a military discount.

    I engaged this company to help with redecorating my living room. The merchandise purchased from Ms. Redmond���s company was very low quality and overpriced. Their model is for customer���s to purchase merchandise and not to pay a design fee. After receiving the swivel chair & mirror it was very disappointing, the quality and fabric did not meet my expectation for the price charged for the merchandise. I did a cost comparison and found the chair was marked up exponentially from what a local furniture would charge for the exact same chair. I tried to work with the company on my concerns about the quality and price, but found they were not customer oriented. They were not interested in making anything right. I would not recommend this company.

    I showed up late on a Sunday afternoon at the end of an estate sale. Because it was the last day, I was told it was 50% off. Even with 50% off, the prices were ridiculous. I discussed it with their staff working their and he said it was the bosses call and there was nothing he could do about it and they would probably have another sale because so much stuff was left. I will not waste my time and gas going to one of their sales again.

    I have mixed reviews about it. I had difficulty contacting the owner on multiple occasions. Originally, we had a difference of opinion on the cost. He wasn't going to accept the voucher that I purchased through Angie's List. In fact, my wife ended up talking with him about it. She worked out a deal with him, which, had I been home, it wouldn't have been a deal because, basically, he accepted the voucher plus what he wanted over the voucher. That being said, I thought the quality of his work was excellent. He was a very nice guy and did very, very good work. But, we clearly had differences regarding the voucher from Angie's List and what I ended up paying him to complete the work. He was very difficult to reach. I think his son had been in a motorcycle accident. So, I was sympathetic to what he was going through. It took a while for us to actually get together. In fact, he picked the bed up for repair, to take it back to his workshop and was supposed to have it back by a certain time. I'm certain that he did not return it on time because I had out-of-town guests coming and I had to get a hotel room because there was no bed available. It might have been the correct price. But, it wasn't what we had agreed upon. It certainly wasn't what the offer from Angie's List was. After I purchased it, he said, "Well, that doesn't fall into the arena of that voucher." But I read the voucher very clearly and we discussed what the work was and it clearly was within the scope of the Angie's List advertisement. Professionalism as a craftsman was an 'A.' Professionalism in terms of getting the work done was not as good.

    There was something about the installation I wasn?t quite happy with. I called them back and they sent someone else out. The garage door was making a loud noise and they said it was probably the belt, which should have been one of the quietest ones available.  They charged me $100 for the service call and $75 for one remote.

    Work was accomplished over two half-days. Obe (nick-name) was vary knowledgeable and considerate. He made suggestions which were very help to us. He was very neat and worked quickly. Our home was built in 1989 and so is beginning to need some attention. We were so happy to find someone who has the expertise that we lack.

    I wasn't satisfied with the product until it was fixed. They should provide a better quality of products out there. I've never had that problem with them before but I've bought other products from them in the past and they worked very well. I don't know whats going on because I have friends who are going through the same problem.

    They did an excellent job but I have been working with them for years. They were wonderful. They had too many people with different expertise. The young man who did the tile was one of the best i had ever seen so honestly I did not have any issues. They are a little pricey, but all in all I have absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of the work that was done.

    It was absolutely excellent. My chair is beautiful. It is reinforced. The fabric choices he brought were excellent. He was on time. I am completely satisfied and I would recommend him to anyone. It took about 6 weeks. It is a large detailed chair.

    I bought a couch from Haverty's in April of 2011.  I started seeing feathers on the floor which were coming out of the accent pillows and stuffing coming out of the seat cushions.  They came out and replaced the cushions with a different filler which resolved the problem. But they sent me pillows which had feathers that would work their way out and end up on my floor.  One of the technicians told me that the pillows were not meant to be laid on.  Well after several complaints, they have replaced my pillows at least 3 times.  I kept telling them they need to replace the pillows with a different filler.  Well they finally took my advice and now the quality or weight of the pillow is so light that it is ridiculous and when you place the pillow behind you when you sit on the couch it provides no back support.  But not only that, when I did receive the pillows, my neighbor who lived further down the street from me delivered the pillows to me because they dropped it off at the wrong house, even though the pillows were addressed to me with my name on them. 
    Haverty's  has truly disappointed me with their customer service as well as their product.  The couch that I replaced was from Lazy Boy I had for 15 years.  It was still in good conidition, but I wanted a newer couch.  My next purchase will be from Lazy Boy where I can count on a quality product.  I will never buy ANYTHING from Haverty's again.
