From the very beginning of every project, Richard and his entire team are clear about the process and what it will entail. Communication is grade A, as he is interested in helping you make your vision come to life. I can’t speak enough about the knowledge that he has in the field and his attention to detail. He not only knows the best products on the market, but he has a great eye for what looks good and values your input while making the best choice for your needs/wants, style and budget. He helped us decide paint colors for each of the bathrooms that we remodeled, helped us with the kind of marble tiles that would best fit the design of one of the bathrooms, and also suggested a great nontransparent type of window pane for the bathroom in the front of the house to make sure it can’t be seen into. Richard is very hands-on and isn’t just a name somewhere in an office. He’s always just a phone call away, and makes it a point to check in on-site to ensure that everything is running smoothly, because he is genuinely interested in the work that he does, always providing the best possible service & quality. The team leads are great at communicating as well, and they make sure that any unexpected issues (if any) can be mitigated quickly and efficiently. The end result always turns out better than expected. We’re very happy with RIBA’s services, and highly recommend using them for your construction and remodeling needs. AJL painting exceeded my expectations! My previous contractor suddenly disappeared leaving me looking for a company to remove wallpaper and paneling. The team that worked at my house arrived early, stayed late, and worked the entire time they were here. They cleaned up after themselves both eveningsand on the third day for the touch up and finishing odds and ends they left my house in the condition they found it. The price was excellent! I would highly recommend their service.

ALoayes Painting company did an excellent, high-quality, and professional job at a fair price for my interior painting work prior to move-in on my recently purchased home in the District of Columbia. My home is older and needed significant surface repairs to the plaster on walls and ceilings. The Loayes team did an excellent job from start to finish -- making an in-person visit to provide a quote, providing a competitive price, and doing the good work. All throughout, the team was very responsive to my questions and keeping me updated on the progress. The work included high quality repairs and taping of plaster cracks and nail holes, spot-priming, then wall, ceiling, and trim painting with colors of my choosing, as well as painting of heating radiators. The original estimate was for 3-4 days, and in the end it took 5 days, but the cost remained the same. The Loayes team told me their goal was to do the job right. The work was excellent. The walls look fresh and new. I am very happy with Loayes Painting. I plan to work with them again in the future. And I would highly recommend their work.

Each day, the team of painters began the day on time and worked diligently throughout the day. As a result, the completed the job one-day ahead of schedule. The team not only worked quickly throughout the house, but they also ensured they cleaned up each room prior to leaving each day. CWe had coupon for $199. They came out and said we needed a lot more than what the $199 covered. They even said the coupon isn’t clear and should probably be taken down. They quoted us around $1180. Deep cleaning will include Furnace clean up -Coil clean up -Blower clean up -Main trunk -All vents -All returns -All registers -Line sanitation -Rust treatment It was just not what we expected. It may be better for them to just clean the ducts for $199 and then afterwards give an additional estimate for other work to be considered. It sort of felt like a bait and switch. We have never used them before so of course we were really leery. I don’t want to knock them but it just left a bad feeling.
