    It went well. In the midst of a grieving time for my family, the staff was super professional and understanding. I can tell that this company has value-based principles that guarantees the highest form of customer service and appreciation. Since then, I have utilized there services for small projects and it is the same result every time. They are the real deal when it comes to getting the job done. I am a valued customer and I will recommend their services to all of my family and friends.

    Tidy Uppers
    I am usually very happy to give a company a glowing review. In the case of ���Tidy Uppers���, a cleaning service, I would have been particularly pleased to give the owner, a very young woman who started her own business seven months ago��� something to be proud of. However, ���Tidy Uppers��� needs to learn the importance of admitting errors and taking full responsibility when a job goes wrong. I gave ���Tidy Uppers��� 16 mini blinds to clean. They took them away from the home for cleaning. All of the blinds were in perfect working order when they picked them up. However, when ���Tidy Uppers��� returned the blinds, some of them no longer opened or closed because the wands were broken; some blinds no longer extended their full length because of mishandling of the blind cords; and several had parts missing such as plastic end caps for the blinds and plastic clip parts that hold valences in place. ���Tidy Uppers��� assumed no responsibility for the missing parts or the damaged blinds. Here is an excerpted email quote from the owner of ���Tidy Uppers: ���I DO NOT take ownership on the condition of the blinds...these issues are not something I can fix��� you have to reach out to the company for parts and service���. This has been a very upsetting experience for me. My blinds were handled very carelessly. Man-handling the blinds is the only reason for the problems I encountered. A gentler touch was needed for cleaning my blinds. Parts were lost because of sheer negligence. I will have to take my blinds to a service center that is miles from my home. The online self-repair instructions are too complicated for a layperson. My blinds need professional repairs at my own expense since the lifetime warranty does not include labor, only parts. I do not recommend ���Tidy Uppers���. The company is careless with a customer���s personal property and assumes an arrogant, condescending attitude when responding to a problem when good customer service would have been expected.

    Maids Prime
    RUN (don't walk) away from Maids Prime! I had previously used this company for a standard cleaning and things went ok. I then scheduled for a "deep cleaning" and specifically pointed out that I wanted the baseboards cleaned and the cabinets wiped down. They billed me extra for that and scheduled me for a cleaning. The crew that they sent out was different from the previous crew and was extremely slow. They spent the majority of the time on 1 level of a 3 level home. They did only basic cleaning -- no baseboards, no cabinets. When asked, the crew indicated that they had not been informed that I paid for a deep cleaning. Mistakes happen and some crews are slower than others...no problem. However, when I I called the office to address the issue, I spoke to the most rude person I have ever encounter in customer service. I ended up with a half done cleaning job and had to hire another company to complete the job. I will never use them again.

    I hired Magnus to clean my home this past week and they were supposed to return next month. I am working on a master's degree, recently got married, and have a serious injury to my foot. All of this added up to my not being able to clean my house for a while. I was grateful to have Sandra and her team come in to give my house a good going over. There were three of them and it took several hours. When I came home the house sparkled. Unfortunately, a ceiling fan blade was broken off at the metal stem. The fan is no longer sold, so I will have to buy a new one. They also left my refrigerator door open. No harm done, since I didn't have any meat or dairy in the fridge at the time to spoil. But it was surprising to find my fridge door opened when I came home at around 7:30 pm. They texted me about the damaged fan and graciously offered to pay for a replacement ceiling fan. I did research on 52 inch Emmerson fans (bronze finish, traditional design) and found similar ones for between $200 and $250. And asked them to pay the lower price of $200. I will also have to pay to have the fan installed, but I'm not asking Magnus to pay for that. And I was ready to write this up to "accidents" happened. But now they've told me that the will not return to clean my house again. It's strange since I was willing to forgive and forget.

    My son purchased a condo and asked me to find someone to clean the carpets. I found J R Hadley Carpet Cleaning on Angies List and read all the reviews. I input my request for an estimate and received a reaponse within 24 hours. I scheduled the carpet cleaning. Luis and Julian arrived timely, explained the process again and began working. They did a very nice job. They steam cleaned, did a rotary brush clean and a second steam cleaning. They left my sons condo looking and smelling fresh. I would recommend them and plan to hire them to clean my condo carpets in coming weeks

    Mike and his associate did a great job with our carpets, this was the 2nd time using OMA for carpet cleaning. They focused attention on a few trouble areas like high traffic hallway and pet stains/odors, and did a great job with the rest of the house/rooms. They were on time, wore footies over their shoes so they didn't track anything into the house, the carpets were left smelling and looking 100% better. Thank you!

    Have a house with light colored carpet and 2 small pups which makes keeping the floors looking fresh a challenge. The rental machines just weren't getting the job done to satisfaction. OMA did a great job with the cleaning, explaining things along the way. The carpets look great and, in the past 3 months since the cleaning, haven't seen any stains reappear or odd smells that our dogs haven't created anew :) Great value and great service, will use again.
