    Superior Auto Body had my car for two weeks to reinstall the bumper, lights, new tire, alignment and suspension work. On January 5, 2016 the Auto Damage Appraiser, Christi Clow advised that my car was ready and I could come to pick it up.  When I arrived I was told the car was almost ready to go so I could take care of my paperwork and pay for it and they would drive the car around.  So I paid and waited and waited and waited and about 1 hour later they said the car was still not safe to drive. According to them it was making a loud noise and shaking and that I shouldn't take it.  They said it needed more work and I would have to pay more money to fix the problem.   Why would they tell me the car was ready in the first  place if it wasn't ready and keep me waiting for an hour?  I was furious and it was obvious they were trying to fleece me for more money.  The next day I sent a tow to pick my car up and had the car taken to my long time mechanic.  They checked the car thoroughly for me, did a test drive and told me the car was safe, good condition, nothing was shaking on the car and there was no loud noise.  The car runs great, finally.  And my mechanic charged me $0 to test the car and they also agreed with me that Superior Auto Care was trying to bleed me dry of funds.   
    My experience with Superior Auto care was a complete nightmare for two weeks and being at their mercy while they had my car.  They lie, they're shady and will definitely try to take advantage of you and steal every penny you have.  Beware of this place and their unethical practices.

    Brought car in Saturday morning (12/5) for an estimate on getting a front fender repaired.  Provider was able to not  only give me an estimate on the spot, but was able to fix the car while I waited.   Car was fixed in less than a half hour, to my complete satisfaction.  I highly recommend this provider.

    Excellence experience!  Very professional - stand behind their work.  They had the vehicle promptly towed, contacted me when they received it, contacted my insurance company, and immediately began work.  They also helped me acquire a rental car.  I've had work done there previously and the body work is excellent, the paint work is superior, and they stand behind their work.  Great work ethics and honest about repair estimates.  They also helped save me money on my deductible which I appreciated!  Highly recommend to anyone needing body work on vehicles.

    I have a 1994 gold Lexus GS 300 that I love.  The car is in great condition (garage kept and less than 100,000 miles on the car).  I brought the car to William to redo body work on the car doors after a person did a horrible job repairing the dent and scratches on the doors.  This unnamed person really butchered my car doors and it was the worst body repair I had ever seen.  My car looked terrible!
     
    William was very professional and gave me an estimate to fix the doors and to also repair an area on the front bumper of the car.   A week later, I went to pick up my car from William and I was not happy with the job.  The car looked much better, but no where near as good as I thought it should look.  William admitted that he had a hard time matching the paint color and had already painted the car twice.  He noted that he was unable to scan the car to get the exact color and that?s why the color didn't?t look
    as good.   William was honest and admitted that he really was not happy with the job, and wanted to try again.  He said that he could do a better job but would need to keep the car for 2-3 more days.  He would need to scan the paint color and repaint the car.
     
    I picked the car up on March 8, 2013.  The car was absolutely beautiful!!! Oh my God it looked awesome!!!  I really appreciate William?s honesty and the hard work he put into the car.  He basically painted the car three times.  His original estimate was $791 and that is the price he charged, even though he spent more time and out of pocket money on the car than he originally estimated. I will go to William for any future body work that I need and am recommending him to my family and friends. Thanks William, YOU ROCK!!!

    I have received A+ service from Elite Mobile Mechanics. As a female, I hate to feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm a female and don't know cars and car parts. Elite explained all issues with my car and worked very hard to fix the issues. Their prices were very reasonable and most important, they're trustworthy. I will only go to Elite to have my car serviced. I cannot say thank you enough to these folks! I've recommended them to everyone.

    Severna Park Autobody location worked well for me.
    as noted above - I used them for rear bumper repair and rear tailight repair.
    Cost was paid in full by insurance company of the person who hit me.
    Estimate process was smooth and swift.
    They would have started the next day - but I had to arrange the rental car - so I brought vehicle in about a week later.
    Repair work was excellent and punctual.  Monday drop-off and ready by Thursday.
    no complaints with the shop.

    My wife had a minor accident in which the front bumper cover was torn off. After notifying State Farm, selected Marlboro Auto Body from State Farm Select Service repair facility list. Dropped the car off on Sunday evening, April 22, 2012 for repair. I was provided an estimate the next day with estimated delivery date of Thursday, April 26. Notified on Wednesday that there would be a delay due to late delivery of bumper cover from supplier. Notified on Friday afternoon that car was ready for pick-up. Picked up car Friday evening. Assigned Mike Courter as my service contact. On Monday he explained in detailed what repairs were needed. When I picked up the car, he explained in detail the work that had been performed. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did an excellent job of repairing the front end. Looks like new. I would recommend them for any body work.

    They were wonderful and absolutely marvelous. I have a physical problem and losing my car was difficult. So they got all the parts together and when they were totally ready they did my car in one day so that I could keep my car until then. Everything was done well. They were responsive.
