Tuxedo Rental reviews in Bethesda

They had a good selection.  They were easy to work with and they were pretty professional.  It was somewhere between $160 and $180 for the rentals but they had some discounts and during the wedding, and the groom got a free tuxedo.  They were a little expensive but all of them are.  Everything came on time.

Person in the store was friendly, helpful, and supportive. I tried the tux on and it was marked for tailoring. This only took a few minutes. The tux was waiting for me when I returned to pick it up on the Thursday before the wedding. It looked great and was fun to wear. They gave me a special carrying cover for the tux to take on the bus to NYC. I returned it a day late because of the power outage with no problem. I did not compare prices, but felt the service, quality, and ease of the whole experience was worth the price.

Company has now moved to 7946 Norfolk Ave, Bethesda - the address in Angie's is wrong. Same phone number.

Exactly the type of no-sweat, no-drama tuxedo rental experience I was hoping for. They had everything, forgot nothing, and the pickup and return were both extremely easy.

It's worth noting that this is a REAL tailor and a REAL tuxedo rental place, as distinct from a shop-front with no actual stock run by half-trained staff who simply order from a warehouse, know nothing and can't fix problems. Bethesda Custom Tailors have the stuff right there on the premises - the tux they try on you and adjust is the one you pick up later and actually wear - and even if there was a problem, they're tailors, so they can fix it then and there. This also means you can probably get a tux in the last minute. Order from one of the warehouse-type shopfronts with a 2-3 day and quot;ordering inand quot; waiting period and if they mess it up, you're done - you'll be going to your event in a your own clothes.

It's possible they would want more notice if you were ordering 20 tuxes for a wedding (I only wanted one) but I would hire a company like this, that knows what they're doing and has the stuff there on the premises, far ahead of a warehouse operation unless they literally couldn't handle the volume.

A great experience and I will be back.

They do a good job, and the prices are okay. Their prices are competitive. They have good products and good service.
