    Dr. Lisa Cohen was an excellent choice. My teen daughter was (understandably) very anxious about the procedure. Dr. Cohen was reassuring, professional and patient. Although all 4 teeth were impacted - the procedure took less time that expected. My daughter had no pain during or immediately after and the pain relievers that Dr. Cohen prescribed helped with recovery. Unfortunately one of the 4 sites became infected, as sometimes happens with this surgery. She was seen almost immediately by Dr. Cohen and given appropriate treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen. We live 10 miles away from this office location, however it was well worth the extra travel to have such great care.

    Kazemi Center for Oral Surgery & Dental Implants
    Everything was great from the moment I walked into the office. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. I only waited for 3 minutes and during those 3 minutes there was an informative video presentation about the different procedures which helped me relax because they were very thorough. One of the surgical assistants took me back to the surgery room and explained to me what was going to happen and showed me my x ray. The doctor then explained to me the procedure in detail which helped me a lot because I was nervous. He was very kind and nice to me which allowed me to feel comfortable. After the doctor finished explaining the procedure the surgical assistants and the doctor began to prepare me for the surgery. After this I was put to sleep and the next thing I know I was awake and everything was done! I highly recommend Dr. Kazemi and his amazing team. They are professional and very detail oriented. Most importantly, they will make you feel at ease with their amazing professional expertise and the kindest patient care you'll ever find.

    After experiencing severe pain in one of my molars I went to see my Endodontist who determined the tooth had a crack inside and a root canal would not be able to repair the tooth. The endodontist determined the tooth would have to be removed asap. He suggested Dr Abel. I called my dentist to see whom he recommended and he also said Dr Jarred Abel. Dr. Abel was able to take me in immediately and within an hour of seeing my endodontist the tooth was removed. Dr. Abel was very accommodation and professional and clearly explained what would be done. He was also very clear in explaining possibilities of replacing the tooth. His bedside manner was very personal and comforting. He gave me his personal cell phone # in case I needed to call him. He called me at home latter that evening to check in on me.

    I was very impressed with my first visit to this dentist. I brought my son for a routine visit and there was a mistake on my insurance card. Tony was very knowledgeable about all the systems and got the insurance company on the phone to get it straightened out so that I don't have to be worried about my son not being covered.
    My son liked him and will be going back for cavity treatment (unfortunately) but seems comfortable with whatever Dr. Morris recommends. I was also very impressed with how Dr. Morris showed me what was going on with all the relevant teeth and so I was able to see for myself.
    The office is very clean and friendly and well-equipped. With all the extra hassle that I caused with the insurance card mixup, I never felt anything less than welcomed.

    A great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Kazemi and his staff are very professional. They provide a lot of information and support throughout the scheduling process, the day of surgery, and afterwards. Dr. Kazemi is a really nice guy and highly qualified. He was recommended by our dentist and we were pleased.

    The doctor was able to see me within one day, which was good.
    But once there, his staff was not very communicative.
    When Dr. Milzman himself came in to the exam room to see me, he was very brusque and terse when talking to me.
    He seemed quite impatient, and generally gave the impression that my problems were beneath him.
    That said, the work he did was fine; but his attitude was so rude that I have chosen to not return.
    I hope that he works better for others.

    He was great. A number of people have gone to him and everybody has been favorably impressed with him. He is great because of his bedside manner. He takes the time to talk to you. He talks to the patients. He wants to make sure you understand everything. He is just easy to talk to. He has a friendly staff. We didn't have any problem with billing and administration.

    The adjustment is pretty straightforward and that's not where thing went wrong. It turned out that the billing code he submitted to insurance company for $300 was not covered by our plan. Another charge of $150 for adjusting my wife's night guard turned out not covered either. A side story, Dr Barber appeared to be upset when I told him I did not need adjustment for my night guard.
    Following the advise from the insurance agent, we called his office to check if they've used the wrong code. Surprisingly, they did not want to work with the insurance company to get this right. Later we had a phone call with Dr Barber and all we asked were whether his coder had used the right code, and whether we could get a lower rate similar to the rate insurance company pays for similar service (about half of what he ask us to pay). To our surprise, he was very very rude. He told us that he would not see us in the future because we are and quot;making troublesand quot;. Quoting his own words, I feel he is not truly respecting his patients. He said and quot;according his 25 year experience, once patients start asking questions about their bills, they will become troublesand quot; and and quot;it is patients' sole responsibility to know what service is covered by insurance; and it is not the practice's responsibility at alland quot;.
    I told him that his decision is very unfortunate since a two-year good doc-patient relationship could not even survive a simple discussion on billing issues. There got to be something happened to his practice and now it felt so rude. And we would not recommend him to anyone due to way he treated us, and likely other patients as well.

    It was great.  He was wonderful.  There isn’t one thing that I could complain about.  They were very helpful and it was painless as it possibly could be.  I never waited very long.  The staff is great.  He is very friendly.  He has a lengthy follow up process because he likes to check and recheck and make sure everything is going smoothly even after the aesthetic is placed.  I am very pleased with it.  The billing and administration went smoothly but they didn’t take my insurance even though my insurance only paid for a portion of a surgery but they were very good and they did billing for me and my insurance company reimbursed me for what they were willing to pay.

    My husband and I have been patients of Jonathan Morris for about five years. His skills are top-notch. He really keeps on top of new developments. He is a perfectionist who always does a great job. His staff is GREAT! Friendly, funny, efficient - just the best. Jennifer "holds my hand" whenever I need someone to talk me through the drilling - which I just hate. The new office is really nice, comfortable. Going to the dentist is never fun but I really don't mind so much because Dr. Morris and his staff are fantastic. Only one minor complaint - no nitrous anymore.
