ANext Day Cleaning ServiceThis was a one-time cleaning of a house that needed attention. They really were next day. I had called another service, through Angie's list, and could not get them to even return my calls. Two cleaners, four hours, and the house looked better than I thought it would. AMaid BrightThey did a fantastic job. They were very detailed (didn't just gloss over things), conscientious of my belongings, and took pride in their work. The 2 people who cleaned my place were also punctual (actually earlier than planned) and regarding Covid, were well protected. Masks, shoe covers, temp checked. The owner came to do an assessment before to ensure I was getting what I needed and not more. He and his admin staff are tops when it comes to customer service. Very responsive and made sure my requests and satisfaction was met. I give them my highest recommendation. AMaid BrightWe have been long time clients of Maid Bright and think they are are solid and maybe better than they were when we first started with them. Obviously during Covid we had concerns about having people in the house especially since we are working from home and our son is in school...but we have figured out how to stay out of the way with all standard safety protocols. The team that comes to our house are very nice, they are sweet to our dog and the service is really great. AFast Maid ServiceExcellent!!! Joslyn and her team of 4 arrived on time and started upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom the most challenging part of the house. My God parents have been in the house since 1973 and Poppa 92 yrs old transition to be with The Lord. There was an urgent need for order and very severe deep cleaning. I called from Angie’s List Fast Maids Service and spoke with The Director Steve, He wanted to assess the severity of the condition of the house and we met the next day at my Godmothers home. Steve sent me an email of the contract. We agreed and the following Monday morning at 7:30 am Ms.Joslyn and her team of 4 of the Fast Maids Service, started working on the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Then they have worked in the kitchen, dining room area , Living room. The following Wednesday 9-9-20 Mr Sami the carpet cleaning affiliated with Fast Maids Service. Their work is incredible! punctual, efficient, diligent, My Godmother and I want to Say Well Done!! Well Done!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!! Be blessed. In Jesus Name! Amen 🙏🏼- Chuck W.

FI gave specific instruction on what needed to be done and was given assurances that the work would be completed as specified. The work was completed and the cleaning crew left the house before I could get back to inspect. Once I inspected it I found that the directions were not adhered to. First, the house was completely empty and we were getting the carpets cleaned the very next day so the instructions were to not be concerned about the carpet but concentrate on the hard wood floors on the second level. The result was the carpets were done and the hard wood floor was not done to my sanctification, not buffed, not shined. Also, we had new marble counter tops installed which had some chalk marks on them. These marks were not cleaned off either. I called the representative and explained my displeasure and she agreed to send the crew back the same day after they had finished another job. Later the same day they returned, I pointed out the mistakes and the crew said that was the best they could do and they did not have the proper materials to make it any better. I called the representative back and she then explained that they were an "environmental safe" company and did not use harsh products to do what needed to be done. I informed her that this was not explained to me when I booked the service and respectfully asked her to tell the crew to vacate the house and rectify the situation. Although in the end of the day I was reimbursed my money in full I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them in the future.

BThere are two different teams that do these services, so the dryer was scheduled first, and that guy also did the on-site estimate for the gutter cleaning dryer vent- cleaned the vent, but did not clean the dryer itself, $150 gutter cleaning-for 2-story single family home, cleaned gutters, performed water check to look for leaks, but did not find any leaks, $400 Pros- easy to reach, were able to schedule gutter cleaning within one week, while most other companies were scheduling 3 to 4 weeks out Cons- on phone, was told starting price for gutter cleaning was $150. Once the estimator came out it went up to $400- quite an increase! I was not home, so called back to ask for an explanation on the price increase, the woman I intially spoke with became very defensive when questioned, and finally stated the $150 was the starting price for a townhouse, but... I had told her on the initial phone call that the house was a 2-story single family home with walkout basement, so the back gutters were 30 feet high...so I felt that they were misleading on the inital pricing. The company I have used before gave me a quote of $250, but could not get me on their schedule for 3 weeks. In the end, I was willing to pay a higher price to just get it done within the week.
