    Children In The Shoe
We have had our toddler at Children in the Shoe since Nov. 2012. We fell in love on the tour and put our deposit down on the spot.  It can be a long waiting list depending on the age of your child, but it's worth the wait.

    Guiding Star Child Development Center
We had looked at many child care centers last year when I was pregnant and chose them on factors such as the feeling that you get when you walk in and the fact that it is across the street and we could take him in a stroller. I don't have to put him in a car and drive him all over. We noticed the minute we walked in that it was clean and the people are good and the babies were happy. The center is actually a house that has been converted and it is homey and not commercial. We have been happy with their services.

    Montgomery Child Care River Road
We are extremely happy with them. It is one of the relatively few facilities that will take two-year old kids. It is a non-profit center and there are parents on its board. They encourage involvement and it is very well-run. The facilities are acceptable and nothing fancy but it is a very high-quality experience. My daughter is getting strong learning there. They are actually teaching my daughter things instead of just taking care of her, which I like. All the staff seems to really love the kids. I don't have any concerns or complaints about them at all. I will stop using them only if I put my kid in a natural school. They have a pretty strong emphasis on learning but my girl is kind of advanced and I want to put her in a natural academic program. That is the only reason why I wouldn't think about using them, which is no reflection on them at all.

The teachers are all very good with the children and the work really well with your child’s needs.
