    Rear end suspension part replaced and four wheel alignment done on our 2010 VW Passat.  Excellent results mechanically and the service personal were very pleasant to deal with.  The waiting area itself was stocked with snacks, hot & cold drinks and was a very decent place to wait for the car.  Free rides to the Salisbury Mall were also available.  Mainly though they   performed the service successfully the first time.

    Our heater was blowing lukewarm. ��We had used Carnegie Radiator before for our air conditioning and been satisfied. ��We made an appointment and took the car in. ��They fixed it the same day. They also gave us temperature readings before and after the fix. ��We were very satisfied.

    The entire transaction went very smoothly.  Our salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  We went to this dealership to check out a used car we saw advertised online and ended up purchasing a brand new Nissan Altima instead.  The manager offered us a deal we couldn't refuse.  Totally hassle-free!

    I live in Ocean Pines, MD - however, I broke down in Bel-Air, MD while visiting there. I didn't know who to contact. I wanted someone who would fix my truck, not take advantage of me financially especially being I was from out of town and send me back to Ocean Pines safely. So I contacted a friend who recommended Del Haven. I made an appointment and took the truck in as agreed upon. I had asked in advance if someone could deliver me to my friends apartment...down the street from Del Haven and was told yes. A man from the garage took me to my friends apartment where I waited until the truck was fixed. Later in the afternoon I received a call telling me that all that was wrong was something with the belts and that the problem was now fixed, the belts were in good shape now and all belts had been tightened and they saw nothing else wrong. Another friend of mine came and took me over to the garage. The man charged me $58.00 - which I found totally reasonable - and I have had no more problems with the truck. I was extremely satisfied with Del Haven. I found them friendly. honest and professional and highly recommend this business.

    Had transmission replaced .-  subsequently someone said it probably did not need replacement -  cat.converter could have caused similar problems that prompted trans. replacement....      computer - fix engine light never went off
    He charged us  about $70 to tow to dealer (after we had car towed to them)  to have dealer  check engine light.
    Also -  had  cat. converter replaced...   They took job, but I had to drive to Salisbury to pick up converter as they were
      too busy to go  an finish job...  I volunteered as car was apart and I needed it back...
    It was not replace with Chev. parts -  (off market- brand)   computer light doesn't recognize this and  "fix engine" light stays on..   Several follow up visits did not resolve this problem.
    ,My son-in-law  had his  Toyota Land Cruiser at Racetrack's other shop on Racetrack road.....   It wasn't running right..sometimes wouldn't start.    Had it repaired there..   and day after repair, same problem  occured...    They, Racetrack,  got it started and he drove it directly to his mechanic in Baltimore (from Ocean City) without turning engine off.    This was about 2 years ago.  
      Racetrack is definitely on our   "Do Not Use"  list.

    very good.     Roy suggested inexpensive  alternative to test problem.     This was successful...so far...
    avoided major repair suggested by another place/auto repair shop.
    We have been using Roy's  for about 7 years..   Appointment times are good....   Never there longer than expected.

    This is very capable shop. Has done repairs for our family as well as some of our guests, visitor to Ocean City.
    Might be slightly more expensive than some mechanics, but worth it. They stand by their work.
    Sometimes they have to get parts.. this may add some time to completion of job.
    But we have never had a problem with the work done there.

    I have been taking my cars to Dean since 2000. Over the years
    Dean has worked on all our  vehicles...280zx, Honda, Camry,
    Ford, and Nissan Maxima.
    Dean was the mechanic for Dinges Auto before recently going into the auto
    repair business on his own. He's an outstanding mechanic. I've always
    felt he was honest and his prices were fair. I wish Dean
    all the success in the world.

    I had a blowout and the next day I went to them and they inspected the tire and rim and said I needed a tire as there was too much damage to the tire's side wall. They quickly sold me an appropriate tire and installed it and had me on my way. 2 days later I went to my car dealer and I had forgotten that they had a deal to provide free tires for life if I had all my service done there. Since my tires were due for replacement they replaced all 4 . I then returned to Goodyear with the tire I bought to see if I could get a partial refund and return the tire. I was told no. I explained to the situation to them and told them there was less than 200 miles on the tire. they said they didn't buy or sell used tires. I left disappointed but saw a marquee sign outside that said they sold used tires. I was angry at being lied to and went back in. I was rudely told by the same counter person that I could not return my tire for any reason. I went home and wrote a letter to the owner telling him what had transpired. A week letter the franchise owner called me at home to apologize for the counter man's behavior and error. He then told me they indeed accept tire returns, for any reason, for 30 days and I should come back and receive full refund including the labor I paid. I told him that was much more than I expected and a partial refund would be satisfactory, but he insisted on the full refund. I went back and received a full refund along with an apology from the counter person who had received a sever reprimand from his boss. It is a pleasure to do business with an hones caring owner. I did have service there before and was always satisfied, and have been back since and been satisfied. they have certainly earned my trust and business.
