  Bob Swigert arrived to do the bid when scheduled, explained the work and gave us the best price for the job and some good advice on some details. We were able to keep the existing garage door opener - which was remounted as part of the deal. We kept the same look, didn't add windows, didn't go for a high 'R' value or other fancy touches. We got what we wanted - a new, good looking, solid door that will require almost no attention and has a excellent warranty. We also feel safer with a steel clad door. The work was done on the day scheduled in the time promised. Everything was left clean and all the old materials hauled away. We used the Fred C Johnson Co three years ago to fix the garage door opener and they did an excellent job with that so we made sure we got them back to bid on this work. I don't know how the job could have been done any better and I recommend the Fred C Johnson Co for garage door work.

  Professional Home Solutions' estimate was the only one of the three we got that outlined the work needed to bring our existing cinderblock walls and stairwell up to code. When we asked for modifications to the estimate, they were done quickly. The workers always showed up when scheduled, were considerate and easy to communicate with, and did an excellent job with the work and clean up. Brandon Molitor, who handled the estimate, contract, and scheduling, is an excellent communicator. He kept us up to date on scheduling, weather delays, and all of the other important details you want to know when having work done on your home. We would definitely use Professional Home Services again.

  I was not real thrilled with it. I don't think that's their specialty. I had to give them half of the payment. They came back a second time; I didn't pay them until August. The guy just came and redid the work. I didn't stay here I had to leave that day. It's okay.

  The ladies arrived on time. Exactly they had to wait on me. They were pleasant and professional. I had made a list they covered everything on my list.   I am very happy with A1 Fencing. Cesar responded immediately to my call regarding installing a 6 ft white vinyl fence around my backyard and replacing the wood fence that my neighbor and I share. He came out that day to do the quote for me and beat others pricing by a few thousand dollars. He answered my texts immediately even on the weekend when I was adding or asking about other options. He ended up installing 272 feet of fencing and installing three gates to include replacing my neighbors gate that was not initially in the quote. He and his crew were in and out in three days and did a fantastic job.

  495 Garage Door came out on a Friday and took measurements and spoke with us about all our different options. We decided we were going to replace the door but that we were in a rush to have this fixed. They were able to accommodate my timing and put us on their schedule for 3 days later. Our technician, Eli, came out and he did a wonderful job. In total it to him, alone, about 2.5 hours and he did a marvelous job. Everything looks very precise and the work was completed very efficiently. We are very satisfied with this work and would recommend this company to anyone needing to have their garage door adjusted or replaced.

  They called ahead to let me know they were on the way to our scheduled repair. Our electric garage door was no longer responding to the remote controls. He quickly determined there was a circuit board failure. Instead of paying to put a circuit board into a drive unit from 1994, he suggested the box replacement which included new remotes and keypad. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and everything is great. Highly recommend this company.
