    Horrible body shop, and horrible people skills. The first time I took my car here was because they were recommended to me by my vintage car insurance company. The car looked good when it was finally returned 5 week later. Two or three weeks after I picked it up the clear coat started turning milky. When I brought this to the owners attention he said bring it back in the spring and I'll wet sand it and it will be fine. During my "wait till spring" my vintage Mercedes got keyed on the hood and trunk lid. I called Smitty, the owner, and he said please bring it in March 25th, 2019. This was two weeks after the incident occurred. I brought my car in and it sat for three weeks...he couldn't even take 5 minutes and get the estimate to the insurance company. My insurance company even threatened to close the claim due to the lack of response from this business. At three weeks Smitty finally got an estimate to my insurance company. After being told my car would be ready by the following Monday Smitty told me that was no longer the case because he was going out of town for 10 days and it would be some time after his return before my car would be fixed! I asked "why didn't you tell me that when we spoke on Monday?" Smitty said "cuz it's none of your business." Seriously??? It is completely my business as you are in possession of my property. I explained that I would not be moving forward with the repairs and my car would be towed elsewhere by the end of the day. I have made arrangements to have my car towed to my usual body shop at Koons Ford and the cost for the towing will probably fall on me. Do not use Contemporary Automotive unless you're looking for a lot of abuse, and run around from this apparent one man dog and pony show.

    I left the car at Cliff Dewey on 9/4/2018. They had a lot of work to do and they did it. I had never cleaned my car and it was a mess. I ate in it and drop food in it and etc. I got a very nicely clean car, the paint on was freshen up, the headlight was cleaned up

    This will be my 5th review on Auto America Service. If you are in need of auto service, maintenance or repairs, I highly recommend Auto America Service. Their welcoming and friendly, services are exceptional and completed in a timely fashion. But you are still, kept informed on the progress of your vehicle. On this visit, I was in need of a new hood latch, two tires, front end alignment, and oil change. Also, on this visit I had a doom light out. They replaced the light, and only charged me for the bulb, no labor cost. Their fair and honest! Once again, I had a good experience as I expected with this company. I will keep coming back when required.

    in the last week The worst place I've ever done business with in my life.I have a convertible that needed the hydraulic cylinders relaced along with the convertible top itself.I bought the parts and had them delivered.The problems started when they couldn't find the parts I had delivered.Then the excuses started as to why the job was taking so long After 4 months I was told my car was ready and to bring 2500.00 .I refused to pay anymore than I had already paid him but I did go to pick up my car. I was horrified .The battery was dead the parts I bought were still in the box and sitting in the front seat , the convertible top was put on incorrectly and basically just laid on top of the car.. It was missing both window seals and left out in the rain I threatened to sue at this point Frank knew he messed up and tried to resolved the situation by taking my car to Paymer and Philllips.These guys were great they quickly had the job done within a week of my car being towed there remember it couldn't be driven because someone just laid the convertible top on top of the car .This is when a whole new set of problems started. .Frank sat up a payment plan with Pete over at P&P and Pete agreed not charge Frank the $50.00dollar a day storage fee ,if the payments were made on time.My car has been done for 3 WEEKS and Frank had never once made any of the payments on time or of the expected amount...Even with the 1 payment he made ..He now owes 300.00 dollars more than the original job because of storage fees.Im so frustrated and just

    It was an overall great experience I was explained what services were going to be done and the difference between the traditional way of washing your car and this way! I was impressed on how clean everything was and the professionalism offered through the providers. I've recommended it to my friends especially if it's been a while since you've washed your car thoroughly.

    We had agreed on a price, but once I asked to see the invoice for the parts ordered to fix the car, along with the old parts taken out he got upset and told me that he can't do that and the we needed to cancel the repairs. I guess he was charging me more for the parts then what it was costing him, and he just didn't want to show me.

    They were able to take me very quickly and they searched for the problem but never found one. While the car was there, they did an oil change. I never had the odor problem again, and they only charged me for the oil change, no extra charges for searching for the other mystery problem.

    It went great, they came to me, they are very friendly and do a great job. It is my second time using them and will definitely continue to us them in the future and wont go anywhere else. Their communication is awesome and the price is fair.

    Great! I noticed when I left my car for servicing my tire pressure light was on (one or more tires needed air) .  When my car was returned, Auto America noticed and took care of that issue also.  They are observant!
