    I ended up with a strong resume for two reasons: 1 . Mary���s process of collecting professional background information is strong. The questionnaire they gave me was very thorough and asked questions that helped them to collect the information needed to write a proper resume. 2. More importantly, the personal touch of Mary���s talented and experienced staff ensured that all possible information was collected on my background and the resume was written with best practices in mind. I worked with Mark, who spent an hour on the phone with me learning what I do in my role and clarifying the answers I gave on his questionnaire. There are lots of resume writing services out there. Some are thousands of dollars and very ���white glove.��� Some are $100-$150 and very low-touch. Mary���s service offering is right in the sweet spot as far as I���m concerned. I would recommend it to friends and co-workers for sure.

    I am looking for property management for my rowhome near the city limits in southeast Baltimore. I called and left voicemail on Friday afternoon and Aaron promptly called me back. He explained that he only is managing inner city properties and is not taking properties closer to the county. I respected that decision because I do not want a property manager to take on my property and neglect it.  My recommendation is that if you have a property near or in the county, look else where otherwise I would recommend.

    DARNELL JEWELERS
    Took a wall clock in to have the main spring fixed. The sleep time is now off by 2 1/2 hours, the hour gong sound is out of tune as if the hammers misaligned.  He is not very personable or informative, when we asked about the clock repair he couldn't tell us what he had really done to the clock and all his answers were one word answers as if he didn't have time for us.

    The Bike Shop of Bel Air
    Another shop could not fix my bike after several attempts. A friend recommended this shop. When I took it in for service, they performed the repair quickly while I waited in their customer lounge. They have several service techs at the shop most of the time. While waiting, they offered my something to drink/eat and were very friendly. This shop is very friendly and positive. I will purchase my next bike there.

    The Water Guy
    At first everything was great. Good quality water, nice delivery people. After a month or so, the delivery schedule was not adhered to and we ended up with a lot of extra empty bottles. We never knew when we would get a delivery. We ran out of distilled water at one point which is bad when you use it for a baby. The real issue began when we went to terminate service and scheduled them to pick up their items. We terminated due to a move out of state. They re-scheduled three times and still haven't picked up the cooler or extra bottles. I have called and called and no progress has been made. I even was hung-up on when I tried to talk to a manager. 
    Overall terrible scheduling and terrible customer service.

    Technician called 20 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. He was very knowledgeable and took at least 20-30 minutes diagnosing problem. Even when he thought he knew what the problem was, he first replaced a different board with one he had on his truck and it turned out that board was actually bad. The troubleshooting fee is $89 and is waived if you get the work done. The total bill was $401.61. I had tried to troubleshoot the problem my self with help from you tube but could not determine problem. So I accepted the repair and paid the $ to be done with it. You can get the same part (used) on-line at ShopJimmy.com for $43. If I had been patient I should have paid the $89, ordered the part, and replaced it myself and would have saved over $200. No complaints about the service other than the price, but in the end it was done quickly and I could move on to other tasks. If you have the time and capability though, go ahead and order the part after diagnosis and replace yourself. One final note, Ample only gives a 90 day warranty on the part. On ShopJimmy.com you can buy a 2-year warranty on this part for about $8.
