    Fry's Stuccoing Co INc
I can not speak highly enough of this company. Mike came out to see what needed to be done, measured, then told me specifically what his company would do. He followed that up with a detailed quote, stating all the work that would be done. His price was the best out of all the other companies I interviewed. The crew was scheduled, and communication was great. They arrived on time, they were courteous and pleasant. They performed the agreed upon work with expertise. Then they did a thorough job of cleaning up afterward. I am very pleased with the job that was done.

    Cullum Construction co
I called 5 contracts and Chris was the only one to return my call and I left a brief message bid work needed . So I got an estimate from Chris as we talked about the possible repairs that would fix the leaning block wall . Chris was on time and completed the job earlier then I expected and I was very happy with the workmanship. The price was very reasonable also. I would hire Cullum Construction again for future work if I needed it.

    Stinebaugh Masonry LLC
I can not say enough good things about the work done by Stinebaugh Masonry. Eric and his crew were totally professional, friendly and knowledgeable In all regards. They were efficient and neat throughout the project. Our biggest concern was matching 30 year old brick and Eric found replacement bricks that are a 100% match. My wife will tell you that she is very demanding on any work done on the house. Stinebaugh Masonry exceeded hers and my expectations. Highly recommend.

    Russell Anthony Exteriors Inc
Our old driveway was cracked and stained so we had Russell Anthony replace it with a new poured concrete driveway. We are very pleased with the work and also the customer service. We had a maintenance issue and Russell Anthony sent out two people to take a look and advises us on fixing the issue.

The work was done as scheduled, and within the time estimated.? I was told the bricks originally used when the house was built (1959) was not actually made for chimneys - they were smaller bricks with decorative molded fronts.? The bricks were replaced with larger bricks.? I am trusting in the tech's knowledge and abilities.? Hopefully there won't be any issues down the road with the?weight difference of the?new larger bricks built up on the smaller bricks at the chimney base where the flashing is.? Piccadilly stands by their work, but gave no written warranty of any kind.?

Myriad Home Improvement & Handyman Services LLC
I emailed back in forth before the job to get an estimate of what services I needed. They recommended a handyman for a day, which I got. To be perfectly honest he got everything done in half that time, so the recommendation was off. I emailed them pictures of everything from the light that needed to be replaced to the door molding that needed replacing. I also asked them for recommendations on what materials to buy. The recommendations for the door molding were not good. They said to get a weather treated 2 by 4 that could be cut down to size. When the handyman got there he said he could do that, but is wouldn't match the rest of the molding, so he recommended I get brick molding. I took the guy to the store with me to get the right one and size. HE personally cut the molding to his specifications. The problem was he cut the molding too short and had to use part of the old molding, so it looks like a patch job. Also they didn't mention I needed caulk (which I luckily had on hand). I plan to redo the molding myself, now that I know what kind to buy.

Faustinos Cleaning and Painting contractor Inc
My cellar well is made out of cinderblocks and has a mortar face on it.  The provider came in and filled in the missing mortar.  Yes, you can see where the patch was done since it is new and the rest of the mortar is about 45 years old, but it was a fine repair job.
This is a brick house and over the years, items have been attached to the house via nails/screws into the mortar between bricks.  The provider fixed these holes.  I know exactly where to look for the repaired holes and I can't see most of them.  Excellent job.

    Wolfrom Masonry
He came on a sunday in order to get the work done for me quickly. He erected a huge tower of scaffolding, he worked by himself ,  on a cold windy sunday. He has been a mason since he was 16, learning the trade from his father. He was done by that day and the price was very reasonable. someone else from Angies list had quoted be thousands- I think the other guy was trying to fool a woman.
Mr Wolfrom also repaired a cracked step for me, again , very reasonable, on a weekend. He was a pleasure to hire, I am glad to give him my business. He is also insured with Erie Insurance- I get certificates when I have work done.

    Stinebaugh Masonry LLC
Contractor was responsive, informative, helpful, and on time.  Provided lots of additional information and seemed committed to providing excellent work and service.  Unfortunately, the estimate provided was a range ($3,000 - $6,000).  Other estimates were closer to the bottom of that range.   Was really uncomfortable not having a better idea of what I'd end up paying.  That said, I liked the guy and he seemed otherwise qualified.
