    David Rutch's Precision Remodeling Inc
Precision was recommended to my wife and I when we began thinking about a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and professional on day one for the consultation and after meeting with other contractors, we moved forward with Precision. As we selected our fixtures, tile, granite and glass, the business owners endorsed Precision which made us feel even better about our decision. The team was reliable, highly skilled and ultimately concerned with customer satisfaction and it's obvious they stand behind their work. Our bathroom is beautiful. and Id highly recommend Precision Remodeling.

    E. L. Brown Construction
Contacted Emory at EL Brown Construction to remodel 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had a shower and bathtub. While Emory was working on the bathrooms we had a catastrophic flood in our kitchen which damaged our floor. Emory was kind enough to remodel our kitchen after the damage and it turned out beautiful! The bathrooms turned out fantastic as well! I can't recommend Emory enough. He is a diamond in the rough. He has amazing attention to detail and often came out on the weekends to make sure the projects were on schedule. He is a master craftsmen and will always be in demand!

    David Rutch's Precision Remodeling Inc
Precision Remodeling completed an entire kitchen and master bath remodel along with new flooring in the dining room, foyer, laundry room and powder room for us in a little over 2 months of construction time. If you include everything from contract signature it was approximately 4 months total for gutting of kitchen and master bath, selecting all cabinetry, tile, hardwood, granite, etc... and putting it all back together. His team and his subs were very professional, kept to schedule, and were responsive to concerns. They kept the area clean every day. Like with any construction project there were minor hiccups along the way for example the cabinet sub delivering wrong size shelves but he worked to get the right size quickly, kept us informed of progress, and made sure it was completed prior to Thanksgiving which was my requirement. If it hadnt been for the shelves it would have been completed by end of October. When he gave the estimate he explained what was included and what was the basis of the estimate. He explained the cost drivers of our selection of materials and risk areas such as when they removed the bulkhead there might be more electrical and plumbing to move than estimated. We are very happy with the results of the entire project.

    Covenant Design Contracting
Contracted for Full Bathroom Remodel and Drywall Ceiling Installation at end of March. Contractor continually did not show and promised to deliver. Took over two months to finish project. Drywall ceiling was ripped out at beginning, but never had plan for completion. Three months after finishing bathroom, we found issues with caulking/sealant used by contractor resulting in water damage of property. In the process of fixing this issue and will not recommend contractor for any service moving forward.

    KS & D Home Improvement & Construction
I love KSD. James and his crew are amazing! They did a good bit of work for us. Raised the floor of a sunken family room, added a wall, replaced a sliding door with a window, added a closet, gutted a powder room & closet and expanded it to a full size bathroom, added a concrete step to my patio, as well as all the small details...crown molding, chair rail, new carpets and planking, seamless drywall, electrical, three ceiling fan installations. They were prompt, arriving each morning when they said they would. They seem to be more project-based...day 1 was demo, day 2 was support beams, sub-flooring etc. They were definitely on top of things. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size shower base and they made the adjustments to the plan to make it work. James made sure to mention things that we hadnt considered (this was our first big remodel!) and confirmed with us the little details that were important to make sure they were done right. James and his crew were very professional and superb with communication about every part of the remodel, and not to mention they were just the friendliest group of guys. :) We absolutely will be using them again for any other projects..and there is quite the list! Go with James and his crew, theyll do a wonderful job!

    HOMETOWN PLUMBING SVCES INC
Once again, Hometown plumbing delivers. They found us excellent fixtures at fair prices. They worked within our budget and offered the best options not necessarily the "most expensive" ones. Charlie took the time to show us examples and give us options we didn't know we had in terms of installation. The worked on pipes were brought up to code with minimal cuts into the drywall. Overall, we couldn't be happier to have used them again.

    Wampler & Sons Inc
My initial impression of Mr. Wampler was that he was very nice. I felt the price quoted was too high for the work to be performed, but let myself be convinced that it is worth it to pay for competent workers. I was wrong in my judgement. I have a very tiny powder room (4'x4') on the main level. I did the tear out myself and bought all of the materials. All they had to do was install them. I also have a very tiny set of stairs out back to the patio and a patio door that I wanted replaced. The water line to the fridge also needed to be replaced, since it came off the bathroom pipe I included that in the work. $11,000 for just that work is pretty insane. The plumber was a grumpy guy who clearly hates his job. He told my 8 year old son to "stay in school so you don't end up a plumber." My son wanted to watch because he happens to love construction and is fascinated by putting things together. I don't care if he ends up a plumber, as long as he is happy and a responsible adult. I thought that was very poor professionalism. Further, I was very clear with Mr. Wampler that when I did the demo work I had cut off the pipes to the bathroom and capped them with temporary valves. I also wanted a braided steel line for the fridge water supply. The plumber left my temporary valves in place, instead of removing them like he should have, and did some weird pipe routing because of it. Even after being called back to correct the work he didn't. Mr. Wampler was also insistent that I never said I wanted a braided line. The tile work was not very good. There is some lippage (tiles not even with each other), which isn't horrible and I'm probably the only one who notices, but it is there and if I had the time I could have done a better job. The whole point was I don't have the time and needed to hire someone. He also started at the wall and worked toward the door, which is normal and fine. But when he got to the door was like "oops, I didn't account for the strip under the door." (face palm). So frustrating. So now, with 12x24 tiles, I have a small 2" slice of tile right at the door threshold, instead of a nice even look all around. Laying out the tiles and planning ahead is the first thing that should be done. There are other things, like leaving pencil marks on my newly painted walls instead of erasing them. Leaving visible nail holes in the baseboard and quarter round. And driving nails through the bamboo threshold strip, rather than gluing it in like it is supposed to be. Oh, and they broke a nice clock we had, but never apologized or offered to pay for it.
