Had a new home built after we lost our in a fire. This contractor never showed up on the job but had his cousin who has a full time job as a tire man come check on it after work occasionally. Leaving the "help" to do what they wanted. The home was not even built according to the blue prints. Everything they touched had to be redone 2,3,4 times and still is not done correctly. Subpar is being to kind. This contractor took my money and never paid the subs leaving his drunk friends to have to come finish the job leaving lots of liens that we are still dealing with. RUN, DONT WALK FROM THIS SO CALLED CONTRACTOR!! There is not enough time or place to type the nightmare we went through. He even went as far as posing as my husband to try to get a check released from the bank. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

My 25 year old gutters were working  well  in handling  moderate to heavy rainfalls.  In fact  shortly before purchasing the
property we experienced  a 9 inch downpour in our area.  I inspected the house the next day and found no trace of
any water penetration  in the basement. After purchase this condition continued.  but as we have trees on our
property the gutters needed  cleaning from time to time.  I was attracted,  unfortunately, to the Leaf Guard  "NO CLOG"
After  installation we noticed  an increase in dampness in the basement  after heavy rains  culminating in actual
water penetration  into the basement  over the last two summers.   I had the Leaf Guard gutters removed  and have
"         now found  no water penetration after heavy rains "PERIOD".
Before this action I witnessed  in heavy rains  the  "Virtual"  non-existence of the gutters  as the rain poured right
over this  "Patented" product  and headed directly for my foundations ! !   As guaranteed  they did not clog  perhaps
due to the fact that there  wasn't enough water in them to clog ! ?  Their performance must be much better in Arizona.
Further,  when the Leaf Guard gutters were installed  an adapter or converter  was used to make  the transition
from the down spout  to the underground drain pipe  protruding out of the ground at that location.  I was later
informed by Leaf Guard representative that a better  type  is "Usually" used. They replaced the converter and
"SEALED  IT"  after a "SINK HOLE" had formed  at that location  36 inches long and 28 inches deep.
This erosion had formed over a two year  or more period  from the water leakage from  unsealed converter.
After the adapter was sealed the erosion stopped. I backfilled and tamped the hole at my expense.
The erosion was not spotted sooner  because of ground  ivy which  covered  the ground at that location. However
that ivy was there at the time of the initial installation.
The Leaf Guard Product  DiD Not Clog, so, if your foundation is sealed tight, and you have an interior drainage
system  with "DUAL PUMPS"  and a "BACK UP POWER SOURCE"  you probably need not be concerned if you
have leaf guard gutters and are away from home during a storm.   Otherwise have your flood insurance paid up.
I wrote a letter to Leaf Guard  detailing my experience with their product and received "NO REPLY  OF ANY KIND"
In summation I would say "THEIR PROFIT"  and  "MY MISTAKE"        I  HOPE  NOT YOURS.

Wenkat Design built my addition seven years ago and I would have no other contractor do extensive work in my home.  I'm a builder?s daughter and know when I'm getting quality work.  Brian Flick does quality work.  He is honest, professional and courteous.  He lets you know what will work and what won't work.  He makes sure the job you want him to do is done right.  He worked closely with me during every phase of the project from conception to design, and through working and completion.  Every morning he let me know what he was going to work on that day and gave me a re-cap every evening.   As with most 55-year old homes there were hidden problems behind the wall boards.  Brian analyzed the problem, applied the right solution and still managed to complete the job on time.  The final product was absolutely amazing.   All sub-contractors Brian uses abide by the same code of standards and ethics as Brian, which means the high same high quality of work.  None better!

A gentlemen came out and gave me an estimate. Very nice and knowledgeable person. The other person on the phone was very helpful and had no problems with going to refund my money. I know they are backlogged with other work, but that didnt effect my change of mind.

From beginning to end ADR Builders did a very professional and beautiful job! Not only did we get prompt, professional and knowledgeable service in planning the project, but their attention to detail in execution of the work and the quality of work done was very, very good. In fact the work done at our house has won the local builder association award! THANK YOU ADR !!!

From the moment that we went with Mr. Lynch, they laid out a schedule and what would be accomplished each day. They stuck to it and modified it accordingly when the house presented challenges, but were within the time frame they set forth at the onset. They also left at the end of the day with all evidence of work, tools and dust, cleaned up and put away. You would never have known that they were there except for the great work that was accomplished.

I have contracted with Sheridan Construction for a number of projects in my home including a kitchen renovation, great room renovation, replacement windows and facelift, painting, exterior patio construction and numerous miscellaneous improvements.
As a project manager for an architectural design firm I oversee and inspect numerous design construction and renovation projects. I have always been completely satisfied with the work performed by Sheridan Construction. They made recommendations to improve ideas, reduce cost or improve the quality of the project for my consideration.
Sheridan Construction performed the work on time and within the prior agreed upon budget.
I would recommend Sheridan Construction for any new or renovation project.

Overall the kitchen renovation went well.  He was very responsive, professional, and overall worked well.
However when I had him out to do the next project the following spring, he started it but was unable to finish.  There were many delays, he was not responsive to calls, e-mails, texts, etc. and after about 6 months we agreed to terminate the project and he refunded my deposit for the unfinished work.  My house was in semi-demo mode for 6 months, and I eventually found another contractor to finish the job.

Mike provides a detailed estimate up front.  Work was started when promised and proceeded on schedule with the necessary intermediate breaks for items such as granite installation and painters.  Mike is excellent when it comes to communicating and keeping his work schedule for your project.

Kris Konstruction remodeled our Kitchen.  We combined our dining room and kitchen into one. We couldn't have been happier with the results.  Everyone who came into our home was extremely professional.  There were some structural changes that needed to be made and everything went exactly as planned.  The project manager Justin was always there exactly when promised.  There were a few unforeseen bumps in the road but everything from demo to walk through far exceeded our expectations. Everyone who comes into our home, can't believe how different and more functional the kitchen is now.  Our next project will be our bathrooms and we will definitely be calling on Kris Konstruction to work their magic. Thank you to Kris, Justin, Jeremy and Chris!  You did GREAT job.
