    JPS Electrical Services
JPS Electrical did a fantastic job from start to finish. From my first inquiry to Hillary, to the final install from their Electrician, Erik, everything was handled professionally and the work was performed flawlessly. I called them on a Friday morning and the work was done by Monday afternoon. Many times in the past, when I have needed work done I have to wait for the vendor and I feel like I waste half of my day waiting. Erik showed up 15 minutes early and was ready to get to work immediately. Any of my electrical needs in the future I will definitely give JPS a call. Highly recommend.

    David Rutch's Precision Remodeling Inc
Precision Remodeling completed an entire kitchen and master bath remodel along with new flooring in the dining room, foyer, laundry room and powder room for us in a little over 2 months of construction time. If you include everything from contract signature it was approximately 4 months total for gutting of kitchen and master bath, selecting all cabinetry, tile, hardwood, granite, etc... and putting it all back together. His team and his subs were very professional, kept to schedule, and were responsive to concerns. They kept the area clean every day. Like with any construction project there were minor hiccups along the way for example the cabinet sub delivering wrong size shelves but he worked to get the right size quickly, kept us informed of progress, and made sure it was completed prior to Thanksgiving which was my requirement. If it hadnt been for the shelves it would have been completed by end of October. When he gave the estimate he explained what was included and what was the basis of the estimate. He explained the cost drivers of our selection of materials and risk areas such as when they removed the bulkhead there might be more electrical and plumbing to move than estimated. We are very happy with the results of the entire project.

    Five Star Electric LLC
Frank gets our highest recommendation. He worked parts of 3 days for us on a house we are restoring and he always arrived on time. Prices were extremely fair and his workmanship was excellent. Super nice guy too. Very pleased - wish he worked in NJ where we live.

    KS & D Home Improvement & Construction
I love KSD. James and his crew are amazing! They did a good bit of work for us. Raised the floor of a sunken family room, added a wall, replaced a sliding door with a window, added a closet, gutted a powder room & closet and expanded it to a full size bathroom, added a concrete step to my patio, as well as all the small details...crown molding, chair rail, new carpets and planking, seamless drywall, electrical, three ceiling fan installations. They were prompt, arriving each morning when they said they would. They seem to be more project-based...day 1 was demo, day 2 was support beams, sub-flooring etc. They were definitely on top of things. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size shower base and they made the adjustments to the plan to make it work. James made sure to mention things that we hadnt considered (this was our first big remodel!) and confirmed with us the little details that were important to make sure they were done right. James and his crew were very professional and superb with communication about every part of the remodel, and not to mention they were just the friendliest group of guys. :) We absolutely will be using them again for any other projects..and there is quite the list! Go with James and his crew, theyll do a wonderful job!

    Taylor Made Custom Contracting Inc
We had a tree hit our home in the March '18 wind storm. Kevin was instrumental when it came to dealing with our horrible insurance co (Nationwide is NOT on your side!). After three months of him tirelessly working towards a reasonable resolution with the insurance, he was finally able to begin work. Three weeks later my home is back to normal and we couldn't be happier. The workmanship is superb, the guys who did the work (Andy & Doug) were professional, kind and very talented. I highly recommend Taylor Made Contracting and I hope to use them again in the future (hopefully without a tree falling on our house!).

Myriad Home Improvement & Handyman Services LLC
This contractor requires payment in FULL for both supplies and labor. I prepaid for 2 separate jobs. The first to replace a ceiling fan. The contractor could not figure out how to attach the fan blades. The job was NOT completed that day. Two days later the 2nd job, re-screening my back deck (purchased 7 hours labor and cost of all supplies) the contractor (different from the previous)entered my home and immediately stated the job which was to take one day could not be completed that day because he forgot the new screening and it was too far to go back and retrieve. Fortunately he was able to complete the ceiling fan job but was only able to complete the measurements and cutting of the new framing for the re-screening. With three hours of labor left the job was scheduled for completion the following week but had to be cancelled due to the weather. The second re-scheduled date the following week was abruptly changed from am to pm and then turned into a no-show. Because of the many un-answered voice and e mails it became clear this job was NOT on the priority list to complete. I was refunded only the cost of 3 hours labor and the cost of the new screening. To make matters worse however I was unable to find a contractor willing to complete the job in the same manner it was started, so I am basically back to square one with new labor and material costs. This time however I will NOT prepay in advance. I have learned my lesson well !!!!

    Snapper Electric
From first call to job completion, it was an excellent experience. I called and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Mike arrived on time and we discussed the issues and potential solutions. I selected one, and Mike completed installation of a new 20 amp circuit in short order. He was thorough and cleaned-up after completing the job. I will use him again.

    Walter Electric
Called Walters asking if they install Nest doorbells. They said they did, asked if they could come out same day. The women said yes, thought great gonna get my nest installed today. About half hour later got a call they made a mistake no one in my area that day. Asked her when there might be she didn't know. Said I'll look else were. A little bit later got a call they could send someone I said great. The guy shows up and doesn't know how to install them, i try to help out so I go on You Tube to find directions, long story short he can't do it. I have to pay the service fee of 95 dollars and he leaves. I call to say am unhappy, they do nothing to satisfy me. I guess they did nothing since I knew about the one time fee. But what did I get.........nothing

    Benfield Electric Co
The salesperson that came to look at the job/s was extremely professional. He helped me fix and overhead light and changed all of my kitchen recessed lights during our meeting. The price he quoted was $700.00 less then Mr. Electric. The work was completed the next day. They electricians were great. The only reason I didn't give an "A" on quality is because when they replaced a GFI with a new bright white switch, they left the old dingy ivory switch plate on it. It is a totally eye sore. i would have paid the extra for a new white switch plate. I didn't notice it until they left. I would have certainly said something. Great job over all. I would use again!

    Mr. Electric of Central Maryland
Mr. Electric was extremely prompt. I received a call within hours and had a same day appointment. I needed 3 three tasks completed and they wanted to charge $1,000.00. The electrician is a fantastic "salesperson/upseller". I was totally disappointed with the experience. It was a waist of time for both myself and the company. I was prepared to have the work completed that day. I had to call more companies and with for one to come out. I am happy I did because I used Benfield Electric and they saved me $700.00. I would not recommend Mr. Electric.
