    Paid for dental work in cash, but no receipt was requested. A year later got a notice from a collection agency but had never received any bills from the dentist office prior to that. After attempts to dispute, ended up paying original amount AGAIN plus legal fees. No remorse. Do NOT pay cash, do NOT patronize.

    He did an excellent job!  He also cleaned the teeth, added fillings and gave a new feeling of all my teeth meeting the beginning of my gums, no spaces.  If I have to go through any extra steps, he has me prepared.

    I've only had check-ups/dental cleanings here but have been a patient for quite a few years now.  No complaints, ever.  
    Lauren is my hygienist and she's awesome-- very thorough, friendly, painless and efficient.  The dentist seems great too, though in all fairness I only see him for a few minutes at the end so I don't know what I'd be critiquing on there.  He's kind and nothing ever hurts so that's an A+ in my book.  He has offered info on cosmetic stuff here and there but I never feel like he's trying to "sell" anything, if you know what I mean.
    Overall I've been very happy here and my husband has also.  We moved about 20 minutes further away a few years ago but still come back here for our dental stuff.

    It's a dental school and like the second year and third year students actually get to work on patients and I get a tremendous discount. Over the years,  I've had just ever so slightly minor problems with some of their dental work but it's mostly stuff that wouldn't scare me away.

    She was great.  I have used for quite a few years, I guess close to 15-20 years.  I think she was the first female dentist in our area.  She was with a practice before but when the dentist retired she took over the practice.  She is very professional.  She is very honest and upfront on what you may or may not like.  I talked to her one time about lightening my teeth and she was very honest about saying that I can try it but the problem with trying something you get in the internet is you don’t know what’ sin it and she does not know what’s in it.  She is very up front on what she thinks is appropriate for your teeth.  She does not do things that are not necessary like some dentist do.  She told me years ago that I had a lot of cracks in my teeth but that’s just the way my teeth are.  She told me that as I grow older I will have issues with it and she is absolutely right.  The hygienists are all nice and I never had issues with them.  I had an issue with their front desk.  She was just kind of rude and someone must have told that to Dr. Leary and she has changed.  But the other staff are really nice.

    Dr. Smith's operation is very high tech without being impersonal. I felt he was up on all the latest techniques, and really has the patient in mind as he explains the procedure. The chairside manner is great. His office staff is very friendly. I was in and out in less time than expected, which was a plus.

    Lifetime Dental Care
    They've been our regular dentist ever since we moved here. Our insurance covers cleanings. The staff is extremely friendly and they always do their best to work you in. Its hard with teeth cleaning appointments but if its an emergency for something, they'll try to get you in as soon as possible. They are extremely professional. All the dental hygienists here are very good. My denist is very wonderful, friendly and does great work.

    The cleaning was great. The dental hygienist was very thorough and did not rush. She was very pleasant. Dr.Smith pretty much breezes by, asks the hygienist if there are any problems, spends a couple of minutes and a couple of pokes, and says "see them at the front desk." The worst part is getting an appointment. Calling the office puts you in a rat maze of options. Once you finally get to the "leave a message" option, the system will tell you that option is no longer valid. The way my family makes appointments is to go to the office in person. His office is very high tech, except for the scheduling system which is terrible. For this reason, even though we've been with him since he opened, we are looking for another dentist if this doesn't change. His prices are a little higher than other dentists in the area, but you have the high tech and flat panel TVs.

    I have been seeing him since the early 80s. He is very good at what he does, and he has really helped out my family. My father was in a nursing home, and he had dentures. My father couldn't always get into a dentists office, because he is on a wheelchair, so, Dr. Duguid would make a personal visit to the nursing home, to see my father. I thought that was very nice of him. He is very professional, and knows what he is doing. I can't say enough good things about him.

    I have been going to him for probably 30 years. I just feel the care I get from him is superior. He is very thorough, his dental checks are very good and very good cleaning. I was just very pleased with the work. You have to make your appointment six months in advance. The office environment is nothing fancy, but it's pleasant.
