Chiropractor reviews in Bel Air

I went on Friday and Saturday, and on Sunday I could not lift my head off of the pillow. I was extremely nauseated and dizzy, with painful migraine headaches. I suffered thus through the weak getting slightly better each day, but with persistent nausea and migraine. I finally went back to my former chiropractor, Dr. David Ballenger in Timonium, who I had been seeing for 7 years. After a thorough neurological exam, he would not touch my back, but recommended that I attend the neurological department at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. I spent two days admitted to this hospital on a variety of drug therapies; fortunately there was no stroke or aneurism. Instead, there was swelling, edema, and complex migraine. I am continuing drug therapy and will have to return to see the neurologist in one week. Treatment will be followed by physical therapy; I live in Bel Air and will go 45 minutes to get to Sinai. Apparently, the vestibular PT is rather painful at first. The nerves to my ears were damaged, thus causing the nausea, and the nerves need to be reprogrammed.
I honestly don't know how anyone can take the kind of therapy Dr. Chavis dishes out.

I saw Dr. Dave for five years of exemplary chiropractic care. He knew I have fibro-myalgia and treated me with gentle chiropractics, using the activator and pressure point stimulation. Dr. Dave will not exit your appointment until you are in a better state than when you walked in. He is thorough. Yes, he uses diversified for patients who require it; he did not use it on me due to my fibro. He seems to have a sixth sense as to what is needed with each patient and goes about accomplishing what needs to be done. I have never had such outstanding treatment as I got from Dr Dave. I will miss him terribly in that I have moved away from the area and must find someone closer to where I live.

I went in for my free consultation and was greeted by the friendly staff.  Dr. Chavis sat down and went over my history and advised me that he can help me with my lower back issues.  He went over the treatment plan, what he was going to do and how much its going to cost, etc.  He has been treating me for the past 6 months and continue to do so.  The result is definitely noticeable since I work in IT and sit at my desk 8+ hours.

I was referred to Dr. Reier by my primary care physician for upper back pain. The location is a bit hard to find and the parking lot is rather small. It appears that he works out of his primary residence and his first floor houses is his practice. The receptionist was very pleasant and I was quickly ushered into an exam room. Dr. Reier was professional and the appointment went well. He asked very informative questions and offered solutions to my problem. I saw him around 5 times.

He is excellent. He is very easy to work with, he is very effective, and he appreciates modern and alternative medicine. He is open about finding something that will make you feel better. Plus, he has great hands!

He genuinely cares about my health and I believe he does a lot of work for professional and local athletes.  The practice is really great, the staff is awesome, and they are really friendly.  They scheduling is really flexible; you can do a walk-in instead of an appointment.  The environment is really up-to-date and modern.

If I had to recommend him to someone on Angie's List, I would definitely tell them to try him. It is because an orthopedic surgeon told my husband that he needed surgery for his elbow and that was the only way to fix it. Dr. Olivacz fixed it within a couple of weeks without any invasive procedure. We would use his services again in the future.

He is very knowledgeable. There are two methods of chiropractic and ndash; one is more subjective than the other. He provides very good care. He is not a typical physician. He actually takes time to speak with the patient. His staff is very friendly and good. The office is very nice and very professional. The waiting time is minimal. The scheduling is very flexible. They are only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But he is open at hours that allow you to get out off of work and go there. It will be nice if the office is open on Tuesday and Thursday. But his hours on the other days compensate for that.

He is honest. He would tell exactly how many visits I need and wont just call me if it is not required. Last time I went to him, he gave me some exercises to do to strengthen my lower back, and exercise is the only way I can get well. So I don't have to visit him often. He does not over treat anybody because he got a good business. He got a dog in his office (golden retriever), and I love him. The receptionist is wonderful as well. He reduces the price if I pay by cash. My overall experience with him has been great.
