Excellent work for entire project. Company/sales personnel and staff/project heads always pleasant and professional. Work crews for each project showed up on time, completed project on a timely basis and were informative and impressively good at their job. We were extremely pleased with all work done and with the communication with the company.

Completed project is fantastic. Rich very responsive to ideas and questions. His people are very professional and do a good job. Created absolutely gorgeous great room with vinyl plank flooring and expert painting. Added bar, dishwasher, and bar fridge from 3rd party retailer which was more expensive than expected but looks fantastic. Also added den with closet and finished storage room. Did a very nice job opening up the stairwell with added banister. Tiled bathroom shower and vanity. Electricians also provided cable, ethernet drops and cable to garage for future car charging. Plumbers were first class. All work passed county inspections without any issues.

Mo did a great job from start to finish. Indeed, he was not only a reputable contractor, but he also acted as an advocate in obtaining all available BGE rebates (not only for the work he did, but also for the HVAC work we did in parallel). Mo was on the recommended contractor list from BGE for an energy audit, so the audit was subsidized in part by BGE. His efforts were professional and complete. Over the course of two hours, he did the standard walk-around outside and inside the house, took IR pictures inside, explored the attic, and did the blower-door test. His report was thorough, going over each component of the home with assessments, recommendations, and cost-benefit info. Our house is older (40 years), so there were plenty of targets for improved heat retention. We subsequently contracted with him to do a full attic sealing and insulation. His price was fair for the work done. Note: our house is fairly large and has two separate attic areas. The workers for the sealing/insulation were top-notch. They came on time and worked diligently during the day. They were very conscious of their cleanup effort - tarps, dropcloths, etc. They managed to get into areas that were only partially accessible to complete the sealing/insulation. They first sealed all all light fixtures, vents, etc. that penetrated the barrier between attic and house and resealed attic ductwork. They blew about a foot of cellulose insulation (to move us up to R49), installed baffles in the attic to improve air transfer, and installed supplementary insulation at the attic entrance doors. Mo showed up three times during the day to coordinate, including a final blower-test once the work was completed. As expected, we got a 25% decrease in leakage due to the work. We will not know the full results of the work until we go through a summer/winter cycle, but we did notice (anecdotally) that the heat retention in our home improved. Indoor temperature stayed at about 70 degrees without internal heating, while outdoor temperatures ranged from 55 to 75 degrees. Of course, we'll know better when we see next winter's heating bills. Put it all together - Mo did an excellent job for us. We expect to get a benefit on our heating/cooling bills, but we also know that we are making our home as energy-efficient as we can. We would highly recommend Mo to anyone seeking similar services to those performed for us.

Basement Masters is the ONLY CHOICE if you want a top notchprofessional team to make your dream a reality!!! Pavel and his team took my dream design and withsome adjustments and turned it into a beautiful living and work space ? my wifeand I could not be happier.
During the first conversation with Pavel itwas clear Basement Masters was a credible and reliable business, not justanother contractor looking for a quick turnaround to make the next dollar. Thetelling moment was the fact that Pavel said they would not do the job withoutALL permits and inspections. The othersI had in my house each tried to dissuade me from getting the
permits/inspections due to ??resulting delays?? if you get that kind of a replyrun away and straight to Basement Masters.
Don?t be fooled by their youth this is ateam of master craftsmen each one with a set of skills that are to say the veryleast very impressive. Pavel has ascheduling system that surpasses anything I ever saw in the military andexecutes it on time and on budget. Oneof the aspects of the job I was very impressed with was their willingness towork with me on ideas and show me where they had a better concept and it allworked out to my liking. John, Jim, George, Victor, Andre, Elena M., and Elena
    A. were a real pleasure to work with and were courteous and always on time. Ifa particular task required extra time to complete this crew was more thanwilling to put in the hours even on Friday evenings and weekends.
Jim a master carpenter tackled a task withmaterial (faux staked stone panels) he had never worked with before and turned
a plain looking fireplace wall into an unbelievably realistic looking stonestructure, it was fun and educational watching this master craftsman work.
The ?tile-guy? did an outstanding job witha tricky tub surround design I threw at him and it looks fantastic!
A friendly word of advice: don?t do what Idid ? thought I could save money by working directly with Home Depot to
purchase some of the materials, bath fixtures, lighting, etc. ? what a headacheit turned out to be (for a variety of reasons) and actually resulted inthrowing a wrench in the schedule. Saveyourself the hassle and let Pavel?s team handle the ordering ? you just have tolook at the catalogues and samples then make your picks ? they will do therest. If there is something special you want Elena will be glad to help you.
My only criticism is that a couple of timeswe had to clean up after the half-hearted sloppy attempts by the insulation and
    drywall finishing crews.
Bottom Line: Basement Masters is the only teamyou need to call for your first basement project or remodel.
